[Resolved] Dish TV — Recharge amount not received by them | |||
Good Evening, I recharged my dish TV on Oct 31 2012, (New Delhi) But as per Dish TV they have not received the payments. Since then there has been so much communication about the documents / bank statement / account number etc. I am not sure If I need to provide the scanned copy of my original bank statement on which bank name and logo along with Account number. However they are insisting on it continuously. Though I provided the acct number and other related details which I believe is sufficient to figure out that where the money was gone. I got the message from the bank that the amount has been deducted. But they keep asking for the same details each time. How should I proceed. ? Was this information helpful? | |||
