[Resolved]  Dish TV — Surrender of DTH connection

I am a dish tv subscriber from 25.05.2005 onwards under VC No.[protected] and now I opted for new HD connection. In this connection, I have sent an e-mail to dish tv on 17.06.2012 to surrender my existing Set Top Box(STB) and dish, since I am eligible for interest free refundable deposit of Rs.2490/- as per contract. As per the reply received on 17.06.2012, from dish tv, I have sent a scanned copy of my receipt of refundable deposit to dish tv thro email on 18.06.2012, and I was intimated that my details have been forwarded to concerned department for action.. Since, I received no reply, I have sent a reminder on 30.06.2012, requesting, to whom I have to send the STB and Dish for VC No.[protected] to claim my refundable deposit of Rs.2490/- paid vide receipt no.029004 dated 25.05.2005. Till date I have not received any reply or solution from dish tv.

Without my consent Add on Pack -Game On was included with my continued pack. which was informed with customer care contact No. but it was informed that they can not revert it. Hence, after completion of my paid period i.e. up to Nov.2018. I am not using it. Now, like to surrender my connection V.C. No. [protected] (Dish TV) -Anil Bongjang Address ; Qrs. No. DS/121/D, 4 No. F.G. Colony, Pandu, Guwahati-12. Hope you will do the needful.
