I have purchased one dish TV connection through online payment on 09/07/2012. Before payment when I ask the customer care service about the installation time they informed me that it will take only 24 hrs. But after successful payment i use to telephone them about the installation and they said it will take 3 working days. I have taken Dish Tv True connection in June 2012 for the channels as elaborated in World HD Package @ Rs.385/- per month, but now they have excluded the most important channel Zee Cinema from World HD Package and are asking for purchase of Ala-Cart-pack which is Rs100 per month extra to get included the above excluded channel Zee cinema.
