[Resolved]  Disha Direct — Non Refund of Advance against different hours than contracted

I had booked plot No,100, of 3175 Sq Ft in the Saffron Sky project, Talegoan, of Disha Direct in 27August 2006. for an independent bunglow by paying an advance of Rs.25000/ and Rs.1000/- as commission to their agent Mr Shayam Joshi. The Company sent me a letter on 26th Sept 2006 ackowledging the same but reducing area to 2696 Sq Ft and turning it to a Raw House.When I protested, they confirmed the booking of Independent bunglow on 13th Jan 2007 with 3175 Sq Ft Area.Further, by their letter dated 3rd May 2007.the area of the plot was reduced to 2379 Sq ft and reverted to ROW House instead of independent Bunglow
On 13 May 2007 I replied stating that since the independent bunglow plot has been divided in to two and row houses are being constructed with reduced areas of plot, I am no more interested in the project and my money should be returned.
The Disha Direct wide their letter dated 29/05/07 intimated that I should return the wel come letter and the original receipt of Rs. 25000/- to them.
The same was done on 30 may 2007 by me.
There after several letters and mails were sent to Disha Direct in last 5 years with out response.
On 07 Feb 2012 while I was in Mumbai, I went to their office and personally met Ms.Yogita Mallya, their customer care executive who had been dealing with the case and had telephonic talk with Mr.Sanjay Mhasal, Excutive Director Sales. They promised to do the needful in 3-4 days.
Now the emails and telephones are not replied.
I am Sr.citizen who has retired and am short of money and Disha Direct is not returning my money.
It is requested that they must be compelled to return money with interest of last 5 years with out further delay.
