I have made 100% payment for this project of Disha Direct in Poladpur since August 2013 (INR 900, 000). All requested formalities have been completed by me on request by the company. They were agreesive till they did not get 100% payment. Once they (Disha Direct) received their payment they have just vanished. I have been persistently following up with them to do the registration but they have not provided me with a definitive and clear honest response. Every follow up from my end has led to a new story being shared with me ranging from we are in the process of buying more land and we are now registring the land with the authorities to we will take 3-4 months to revert (that being the latest). Their representatives on the project keep changing their emails and do not respond to your calls and provide false promises of calling back. . . which never happens... I am helpless as repeated follow ups are not leading me anywhere and their representatives - ranging from their sales head to their legal head are all just lying !!!
I am hoping that this complaint here reaches to someone who can help me and guide me. My had earned money is in the hands of the cheaters - thats the feeling i have !!!
