DishTV — InConsistent services and Poor Response | |||
Hi This is to bring your notice that info in DISHTV site is different from which they are actually providing to us. For example, I'm in South Family Pack which includes India Cricket pack (including Star Cricket). But we are not getting START CRICKET being a Australia- India match. When I contacted Dishtv service via online chat, they are telling the DD national(free channel) is replacement for Star cricket for all ODI (being no where mentioned). Also when I tried their service "MyChannelMyService" for Start Cricket, its saying "Dear subscriber, the channel is available in your base pack.". Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear sir,I have dish tv connection,(zee Tv)
my VC No.[protected],
The problem is they keep on chancing the channels available to us every 3 months without informing the consumers about the package,they take the same amount every time ,but keep changing the number of channels every time,cheat the consumer and take the consumer for granted,
Eg- i was getting channels like colours,bindas movies Etc with other channels in the month of June,July,august, but now when i am renewing, paying the same amount they are not giving the same package,they have removed colours bindas movies etc without any information to the consumer,consumer gets to know only after surfing all the channels.When we pay the money we never get the list of channels we are supposed to get,they keep on changing the package to their comfort,profitability and convenience.
They have our mail Id also they can always mail the list us.WHEN WE QUESTION THEM ABOUT THE CHANGE OF PACKAGE FOR THE SAME MONEY,THEY SAY THAT PACKage is over, now you have to pay extra to get those channels.As a consumer they have to inform us and maintain some consistancy in their service,now if we need the missing channel they ask us to pay Rs.50-60 more per month,WHY???
If they want charge they should have informed us or they should not have included this channels in the package.
Almost Every month they come up with new package and change the existing one and the consumer is taken for granted when he surfs the channels after paying the amount.The call center executive respond very roughly if we question them and always confuse the customers.
I am deeply disturbed by this inconsistant service of DISH TV owned by Zee Tv.
Please bring some regulations in this,they charge more than the cable services but offer a very Bad service to the consumer with a attitude that no one can question them.
