I agree that its very difficult to relieve from Diya
Systems.If you want to releive on time then u need should he
mangalorene - tulu speaking person, If so they will releive
you on time, If not its very difficult to releive. If you're
mangalorene then you will have many advantage, like you need
not to serve the notice period, you need not to pay anything,
Just like that they will send you very happily.
If you' re not mangalorene, then you have big problem, You
need to serve the notice period, not only that they might
extend the notice period, saying some simple worst reason. If
you're willing to buy out your notice then you need to pay
more than the normal formality.
If you go to hr and talk about this, they will play football,
Hr will say that they need to check with reporting boss, and
reporting boss will tell that he need to speak with shyam,
shyam will tell that he need to check with ceo and ceo will
again revert to shyam. If these people altogether play FIFA
for sure they will get world cup for us.

To new joiners
Guys never and ever trust words of HR in any of the company, especially in this Hell Diya Systems / Glow touch technologies. If HR team is giving you some commitment, ask them to compose mail and send to you. Very Specific if srinivas in HR and Shyam is saying something, ask them to send mail. Join only after you get mail confirmation. If you do not get mail confirmation that all you are screwed up. They will say that they will give your travelling allowance, relocation charges and others. But they won’t give anything to you, they will just make us to Rome behind them and will when we have committed so. They think that we guys don’t have option after we joined this stupid company. Before joining ask them what is the percentage of Hike and process for hike. Get all details in mail proof . Then only you would have some voice to speak about it, otherwise they will cheat you... Be Careful with Diya Systems better Dont join that hell

can i report to police about harrassments occuring in diya systems straight away on spot by calling the police.
This company is good to learn things about its just the salary part which make the person frustrated and leads to the non-sense complaints from non-sense people, If any gal has caused problem its personal, nothing to do with the company, its just some bunch of fools acting smart and spoiling the rep of the company,
I do agree with the salary part which is the main factor to survive in this world, if you cant take simply leave the company and go no one has forced to stay back and work like cats and dogs.
I have just completed 1Year 4 Months and I am moved from a Tech Support to a Quality Analyst with hard work, if people are not promoted may be there is some thing missing to reach such goals
Diya Systems has always encouraged people and gave awards and talent recognition for the people who deserved it.

I haven't seen such type of bad reviews in any organization except for Diya Systems. How much agents are frustrated for this organization, this can be understand only by reviewing this reviews. Dear guys, please don't get upset, I can understand all of yours feelings. But what I can do, I too worked at Diya Systems past 6 years. I came to know what has happened to me at Diya Systems. I did not spoiled any girls life at Diya systems even I was experienced agent. But I won't mention my name. At last I suffered lot at Diya Systems even I was good agent at that organization. So, I wont mention my reviews what has happened to me at Diya. May God Bless each of them who were former also presently working at Diya Systems. Good Bye!

Im dedicating this below lines to one and all who are all decided to join in Diya System, Glow Touch.
1. In my department one of my EX-colleague committed suicide, but they just told she is mad and closed the file, im petty sure on the last day of her suicide she meet HR. I don’t know what has happen after that. This is the only reason i just left the company without getting the relieving letter. More than working here our lives is more important.
2. Another main probs is relieving if you people decided to relieve the company also they won’t relieve as per promised date. They will relieve their Tulu speaking people on time or before. If your another state person served full notice period also they won’t relieve you, they will tell nasty reasons like Knowledge Transfer not done, Replacement is not joined, they will behave silly to give reason like a hell damn. You should run all unnecessary department for a long time to get signature for relieving, like government office. They won’t relieve on time.
3. Guys i promise there is no job security. Any time they can reject the people for unnecessary reasons also any time they can close diya system
4. Ladies Pls don’t think about this company even in your dream. This management people are flirt. Also cab driver will take videos of female employees in their mobiles. If you complaint to them they just say will check and make the issue resolved but never this is happen
5. To get 2% or 3% of hike / Increment u need to work for 2 years, that too they won’t put just like that, u need to tug their legs till they credit your money in your account. This not only applies for junior level, it also applies for senior level. I bet you won’t get increment in the market rate.
6. If you guys work for 12 hours also they still need your present for 24 hours in the company. They pay less but they will give work like a dumped cow.
7. They will call you at any time in mid night too u need to come to office that time. If not they will yell you no the next day morning.
8. Management will promise you that u won’t have night shift. But once you joined all this folks ask you to come only in night. It also applies for girls.
9. I understand there will be work pressure or tension in all the works we do. But it’s not up to a certain level. If you join in this company for sure u will get heart diseases. So what this company is having a world record of 200% of attrition. Even though these Management peoples won’t care. They just need their job to be finished.
10. Here no one follows the MNC culture, all comes in like a eating pigs and going like fish marketer person. Im very surprised how they got CMML3 company??? Think they might have get it in corrupted.
11. Here there is no indebtedness for the work you do, even if Mr. Billgates work here they tell some issues for the work.
12. If you guys got a new offer from other company they will treat you like a ditch pig,
SO PLEASE DON’T JOIN IN DIYASYSTEM AND DON’T WASTE YOUR LIFE
