DoCoMo — Very Worst Network coverage in Mumbai

We have a very worst mobile coverage in Mumbai especially in Worli and Prabhadevi offices and homes. I already complained about it to docomo service center, they reacted for my complaint and they provided full network for that day ONLY. Same n/w problem from next day onwards. Please provide a better network coverage to get more connections else Docomo will loss their valuable customers.

I was unfortunate to buy a TATA DOCOMO connection on 23rd feb-2010

Unable to make and receive calls even at ground level on main roads.Unable to send/receive SMSs.

I have not yet tried GPRS/Internet service.I am sure it will be pathatic and monet wasting proposal.

Copy of reply from TATA DOCOMO after eight days of my complaint reproduced below.

All suffering consumers must unite and ask compensation from TATA DOCOMO for POOR SERVICE and hiding truth while selling new connections.

We would like to assure you that we at Tata DOCOMO use stringent measurement and control applications to ensure that you receive error-free services. We are continuously working towards upgrading our network to ensure that the coverage is as extensive as possible.



However, despite our best efforts there are times when it becomes very difficult to define the exact range of the coverage. As per the Service Request number[protected], we would like to assure you that our network team is working on improving the services by planning cell sites, throughout the city.



We would also like to inform you that we have planned two additional cell sites at Chakala, which will be operational within a month.
