[Resolved]  Doctor — Irresponsible and dangerous doctors

Yatra.com — Cheated- Cancelled ticket and money not refunded.

On April 2nd i booked a ticket for 3 through Yatra.com for a flight on 3rd April, while booking the order the agent were very friendly and flexible to adapt anything which the customer gives to them, the reference no.is ZHR72A, at 12.30am the agent from Yatra.com called and told me that he has got my autorization form and for this he will be cancelling the booked ticket.
At 12.30am, time when the entire sleeps, me and my brother roamed the city, then faxed them the form, when called to check with them at 3.00am, they shocked us that the ticket has been cancelled by there team.

They confirmed the booking of the flights and then they cancelled the ticket's, when enquired when will the money will be refunded, the agent told that in a week the entire money will be refund, after this have made calls to the company many times, neither they were any customer friendly response, nor any update on this, after three week a part of money was been transferred to my creditcard, they still have not paid the cancellation fee till yet, the ticket's which were cancelled by them without the autorization of the customer.

Some one called Mohit called from the team and the agent argued that the money will not be refunded as the ticket was cancelled, but as per my knowledge, only when the customer cancels the ticket the cancellation charge is added but when a travel agency cancels the ticket's on there own, why should i pay the cancellation charge, it's the mistake done by them.

Still my issue is with the team, once in a while some one calls and talks about baseless thing, they do converse that they are able to understand the issue and doing something that can be helped, but still nothing is done.

If the team does makes a effort in doing then speaking then by now, i would have got the money back in my card, and because of this team mistake, i end up paying a huge amount to the bank which they have charged for cancellation.

doctor — Yatra.com did not book or refund but debited money

Hi,
I booked three tickets of domestic flight from Bangalore to Kolkata through Yatra.com online on 11 th.April,2010.by my debit card. Money was debited immediately but it was showing that my booking was unconfirmed and it will be refunded within 72 hours. Today is 9th day after my money was debited unnecessarrily without confirmed booking. I have mailed several times and only once got a vague reply that they are trying to process my refund. They also said that they need my card number to process it. I wonder ,why are thet asking my card number after 9 days . I have sent few mails after that. I don't know what to do now. How people are trying to cheat others .I wonder how this big company has become a big cheater like this.

this kind of issueless topic is very hurtful over the pride and dignity of the doctor whom you are strictly against to,

bhavna ramwani, blaming a particular doctor and trying to malign someone like this is a petty and stupid thing to do. blaming a particular doctor like this is wrong on your part. you should see the number of people whose lives have been saved by the doctor.
u shud take back your mala fide comments. after all doctors arent god, and humans do err.

doctor — fake doctor

A fake doctor named Dr. M.S. Mandal nick name Bengali in the area of Rajnagar,part-2nd,galli no.1, dharamshalawali galli, palam colony, new delhi-45, runs a clinic without having any qualified degree towards the doctor profession, he has been treating the patients for last 10 to 15 years by giving the unkonwn treatment on guesses. He also purchases the few drugs and repacks the same and sells it to the inocent patients of the area, which is the violation of the Indian law and the poor inocent patients do not konw the actual fraudness of the doctor who encashes the money of the poor people in this modern society. I hope government of Indian department should take an immediate action towards by taking him to the law and save the people from this fraud doctor before furthure damage to the patients in this said area.

Yatra.com — Fraud, Not refund money & cheated

I had made two international air ticket from yatra.com (DELHI-MOSCOW-HAVANA) return ticket on dated 15th Dec, 2010 journey date was 15 JAN, 2011 yatra reference[protected]' YT5846904 BOOKING REF 5DDOUQ. I had pay only partial payment 42017INR than i have received ticket through mail from yatra.com they mention in this ticket as follows

Total Fare ::168017.95 INR
Partial payment amount ::42017INR
Pending Amount::126000.95INR
Cancellation::6045INR+600INR(YSF)+300INR(RAF)
Date change ::6045INR+600INR(YSF)+Fare Difference if applicable .

Unfortunately i had cancel this ticket on 27Dec, 2010. but they have not return my money till today.
I have send so many times mail to [protected]@yatraonline.com and call ([protected],[protected] them than they reply your money ticket is not refundable.

Hi tanwiralig,

As mentioned elsewhere on this website, we have gone through the records and found that the refund under Ref # YT5846904 has been processed on 10th March, 2011. The banks, then usually take approx. 3-4 days to credit the money into the account. Do check with the bank for the credit.

bhawna ramwani, , shame on you for blaming and critisizing the noble doctors of the town, i know that you misbehaved with these doctors and even apologized with them too, n then too you are fooling people by blaming and writing such awful things about them in internet, what's the value of apologizes you made to dem previously, and how could u say dat dont be fooled by der degrees n status, der degree n der status are made through der sincerity n hard work towards there patient, blaming the doctor and writing such things about them is reali a stupid and nonsense thing to do, , it shows how mean and disrespectful you are, you are one of the biggest lier of d world,
