This is a complaint file against doctor Manas Mallik (MD). This incident took place on 2020. Its a late complaint, but you all need to know the truth. My father had 3rd stage rectum cancer which was undiagnosed in 2020. My father was a regular patient of this doctor, but when my father was complaining repeatedly about his back pain which was not curing no matter how many pain killers this doctor suggested. This doctor would reply back that it was a "childish behavior ". He constantly made my father hang in between. When he was not able to cure the pain he should have suggested to visit other doctors, but no, he hung him just for money and neglegence. And when at last my father was diagnosed and taken to Mumbai, the doctors said that he was on 4th stage of cancer with liver metastats. He took his last breath on September 2022. This is a complaint against all the diagnostic centers like Avishkar and Health World which gave false reports.

I am ravi shukla and last year my parents and cousin met with the accident and they were operated by DR RAVI MAHOBIA and till now my mother and cousin are not fully recover. Somehow the surgery were so wrong. I am telling you how my father had 4 fractures in his knee which got wired but after some time he felt there were some difficulties to walk or to walk because those wire were making scratches from inside and it got infected and doctor said we had to remove those wire and plasama too. He got operated twice in a 6 months and my mother who fractured her left hand and after the 1st surgery everything was okay but after sometime in 6-7 months we came to know that the doctor who operated this surgery were correct and it was said by another doctor and he said that her left hand are not fully recovered because the bones were not connected to each other and the plates screws separated from his joint which got implanted by the doctor and her hand is not fully functional from the joint till now and it moves by 90 -120 degree.
My cousin who got operated by Dr RAVI MAHOBIA 3-4 times now because the first time he added larger plates and screws which makes my cousin legs infected there were some holes which is visible and there were so many drawbacks and the plates qualities were so poor which is her entire bones infected and her bones were not connected till now it came to know by the another doctor.

Those operations were so irresponsible it and my parents and cousins are facing the same condition till now and i have proofs and hospital bills, X-rays etc.. i am facing this problem last one year if the operations were good then why my parents and cousin are not recover yet.. i want to complete action against the DR RAVI MAHOBIA.

I had sought an appointment with Dr Rajiv Goel, Urologist for 1100 hrs on 02 Jul 19. I arrived at the appointed time and produced my ECHS Card for payments. I was informed that the doctor would not see me as he had already seen two ECHS Patients. He would be able to see me only if a paid the amount applicable for Maruti Suzuki of which i am also presently an employee of. After my insistence the matter was escalated to the CMO who facilitated Dr Rajiv Goel seeing me. I have never encountered such a precedence before which is a reflection of the hospital towards ECHS Patients.

He is conducting clinic at his home & give medicine on cramp & paralysis. Many people get reactions of his medicines & few people loss their control on organs due to non relevant medicines treatment. This person is charging rs. 400 to rs. 2000 for 30 rupees medicines & making people fool by taking huge money from them & giving wrong medicines. This person having no any medical degree he was working as a compounder at one of the nearest opd then he started his own clinic at home. He is treating people in wrong manner & charging them huge amount. Please save our nation from these fake doctors.

Dr. Anil bakre is located in shelgi (Solapur) and he is treating joint pain. I don't find he is holding any medical degree but he is treating people. For join pain relief he is giving saline bottle to each patient which gives immediate relief to pain. I dont know what he is mixing in the saline water. Request you to please investigate about this doctor.

Hi, if you are suffering with knee pain and anyone on road stops u and give reference of dr hatim who performs treatment and relive your pain then please beaware. You are trapped for looting big amount for performing useless method. Hakim will do some hijama on ur knee and loot u with 1100 to 1500 rs per pipe. His ayurvedic medicines are very costly.

I stay in Mira Road which is a suburb adjoining Mumbai. 6 months back I had severe pain in my right groin. I rushed to nearby Bhaktivedanta hospital and meet a surgeon Dr. Sanjay Parab MBBS, FCPS, MS (USAIM). He checked me and said I had hernia and will need surgery. Since I am unemployed, I could not afford the second class bed that the doctor recommended. I called my friend for some money. He said he knew some doctor in JJ hospital. I rushed to JJ Hospital and went to emergency department. I was checked by a junior doctor there. He checked me and said it was an infection in my testicle. He prescribed medicines and adviced me to come next week. I was confused, I thought he was pushing me out of that crowded hospital. In the meantime my friend came along with his doctor friend. I told him that Dr. Sanjay had asked me to get admitted for operation and the doctor on duty in JJ was saying only to take medicines. I am worried about loosing my testicle especially since I am not married yet. He also checked me. He too confirmed it was an infection in my testicle. I showed him Dr.Sanjay Parab' case paper. He looked at the paper thoroughly & muttered to my friend something and went away. I anxiously asked my friend what he said. He told that Dr. Sanjay Parab was a very basic doctor and not a proper surgeon and inexperienced. With lot of doubts I left JJ hospital. I started on medicines and next morning I was feeling 50% better. But I was still having doubts. So I read a lot on internet about this. On my own I did a sonography & got a confirmation that it was an infection. In a week I was normal and working. I was curious as to why the JJ doctor told that Dr. Sanjay Parab is not a proper surgeon. On his paper he has FCPS which I thought resembled foreign degree & his MS is from USA. I searched on internet and found that I was confusing between FRCS which is from UK and FCPS which is issued from a small college next to KEM hospital probably run by some influential politician. FRCS is an international degree and FCPS is not a degree but was once valid only in Maharashtra. Today its no more valid. Some more searches and I was astonished to find that MS (USAIM) is not from USA. This is a totally fake degree issued by one Dr. Sangram Jadhav from Pune by paying Rs. 6 lacs. Its a degree that one can buy. USAIM does not exist anymore having thrown out from Seychelles island by government for fraud . On more searches on net I found that there are plenty on doctors using MS or MD (USAIM) and practicing as specialist. All these to my knowledge are quacks. Consumers beware!!! I saved my unnecessary surgery & my testicle. I thought I will go to court and put a case against this doctor. But I am an unemployed youth buzy searching for job. If any of you have time & contacts then please bring this up to notice of government or police and save innocent people from such butchers. These doctors are paying money and buying degrees and making so much money by fraudulent means.

today (07/11/2012) i went on your ludhiana branch near bus stand . firstly there was no doctor . there was 4-5 patients. and one of them is sitting in doctor cabin, after too much waiting he goes and i sit in doctor cabin . thereafter the doctor came and that patient also came in cabin . and after that i surprises to see doctor fukra type of attitude and he said me to go outside . i went . after 10-12 min came to his cabin . he dos't not listin to me and roghly said next time if i want to come then u have to wait and dos't listen my problem and dos't give any medicine. so this is your Doctors appointed in your orgenisation . i want some action against him , if you take its ok otherwise i will go to consumer court for this act of that doctor. but i hope you understand my problem and keep me faith on pantajali . my mobile no is [protected].

this complaint is regarding Dr Deepali agarwal who is an eye specialist DMC reg no is 19917. She has recently opened an clinic in our locality and i believe that she has forgotten the oath and pledge which she has taken at the time of becoming a doctor. She is a misleading doctor who is only focusing on making money rather treating patient cause. Her behaviour towards customers is rude and ruthless.

my father went to her clinic to get his eyes tested on 10/9/2011. she advised him to change the number of his spectacles and father agreed to get that changed and gave order to her. later on when my father received new glasses he was unable to read with those glasses. when he reported her clinic she again tested his eyes and told him that the previous number checked by her was incorrect and she said that she will get the new glasses replaced as an obligation by her on me. later on when my father called her up for the glasses she misbehaved and hung up the call for long.

this kind of behavior is not appropriate for a doctor as we are paying consultation for receiving the services and not by the way of obligation and goodwill.

I hope necessary action to be taken against all such types of doctors.

I am B.Maheswari residing at No 8, thiruvalluvar nagar 2 nd street, kotturpuram, chennai-85. A month back I had a seviour back pain. I consulted a practitioner Ms. Nisha at govt hospital chennai central who is residing in the same address. she told me that she will take me to GH and help me to consult the cheif doctor for which i have to pay Rs 100 for every visit. Since I was not in a position to afford to private checkups I agreed and paid her. From CTscan done at GH it was confirmed that I had problem of "OSTERISES CONDENECED ILLIA" .The doctor who I consulted was Mr. Ravichandran( chief at reumatic dept at GH) who told me that it is not discease but a bone issue that i got from my second delivery. He also told me that Ms. Nisha will assist me further ; she will teach me some exercise and give me IFT treatment.When I asked Nisha for further treatment she asked some more money which I did not pay because she had not started any treatment. From that day since they were my neighbour the whole family started teasing me and abusing me. Ms. nisha was saying that i have simptoms of psyco disorder and i would die sooner of bones getting failed day by day. I am facing this kind of abuse every day and I hope to get some kind of relife from compailning about it.

I would like to ask only 2 questions:

1 If a doctor who is undergoing training is so money minded will she be serving the community or society

2 what is the solution for mental trauma caused, should she be given a medical authority certificate to practise further?

Please don't be fooled by their degrees and status. These doctors don't even know how to read a biopsy report.They mis guided my mother even after reading the biopsy report that clearly said that she had cancer. Due to this her treatment got delayed by 2 months and the cancer spreaded all over and today she is in a very sorry state.

I am a homoeopathic doctor. I have completed my B.H.M.S. from calcutta university in 2008. But after that I am very much depressed that our govt. does not have any provision for homoeopathic doctors in West Bengal for about last 10 years. But it is possible in West Bengal.So what is the value of our labour, study?
One thing to be remembered that our university has also cheated with us. Whenever we took admission in this course then from the prospectus we came to know that this BHMS course is for 5 years and 6 months but in reality it took 7 years to complete. Is not it a cheating? Who will pay for this delay?
Now it is shame to us that most of the BHMS doctors are trying for another job.

AND ALSO TELL WHEATHER JOB OFFER IS TRUE OR FAKE SO I CAN MAKE PAYMENT FOR WORK PERMIT.
