DOLPHIN MOBILE — Excess bill amount Dolphin
we got mobile bill for Dec 2009 of about 891 rupees but we paid november month bill amount 505 rupees. i complaint to there customer service but they havent respond me. this is happening second time. plaese take an action against MTNL Dolphin edjubvgkhguy8t6fu

DOLPHIN MOBILE — Excess amount in Bill
I have received my bill and in my bill 79.06 Rs. are charged in other charges.I am not able to understand thase charges are for what? I have tried to contact customer care 10times, but they are not at all responding well. Those people are disconnecting the call or puting my phone on hold for long.......Kindly give me the reason. sir

i purchase my sim in the year[protected] at that time i paid the activation charge rs 540.00
in cash. i have plan F.
my first bill came in the month of may 04 bill date is for( april-04 ) i paid it through cheque 849499, bank was bombay mercantile co-operative, jogeshwari west branch
in that bill they chrged me 500.00 of installation charge in The column of
OTHER CHARGES. I called up at your call center for the same and inquires about that charge they told me that activation charge and installation both are same so i should ignore that and pay the bill amt (that was 272.24 whic i paid) and further they told that it will be rectified from the next bill but from the year that is 2004 - till today march -2010 it is adding in my bill amount.
FURTHER
in the month of jan 2008 i did not recived the bill copy again i called at the center and asked for the duplicate copy of the bill they told we will send but still it is not recived and the another amount is still adding in to it. so my bill amount is keeps on increasing i paid all my bill by cheque and i have all copy of that except the copy which i did not recived. i had complaint to the general manager that is mr. jain also from his office thet just promise the things will be sort out but still not and
DUE TO YOUR FAILURE IN YOUR DUTY MY OUT GOING CALLS ARE STOPPED AND REPETEDALY I AM FACING THE PROBLEM.
WHEN CAN I SEE THE SOLUTION FOR THIS LAST TIME I AM SENDING YOU THE COMPLAINT
OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT AS I HAVE ALL THE BILLS UPTO DATE WITH
THE CHEQUE NO, DATE AND AMOUNT WHICH I PAID. AND I WILL REGISTER A COMPLAINT IN A LEADING NEWS PAPER WHICH PRINT ALL THIS MATTER. WHER PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE WORKING.

DOLPHIN MOBILE — Barred Incoming/ Outgoing
Hi,I have a Trump Mobile Connection and from 2nd May,2011 my incoming and outgoing is being barred in Noida. The works in delhi but it gets disconnected on entering Noida.
Despite my complaints no action has been taken and the complaint has been closed without rectifying the problem and we get an answer that the no. is working.
