I had sent email to [protected]@mtnl.net.in on 29/11/2024 for refund of my landline deposit.

My complaint No is 286300

Now it's 7 months and I have not received my refund. Please look into it urgently....

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have disconnected my MTNL Landline Tel No.[[protected]]CA No: [[protected]]) in 2015. I was told by the MTNL Mumbai BKC office staff that I would receive the refund of my security deposit of Rs3500/- by cheque via post to my home address OR in my bank account within a month but have not received anything till date.
Request you to kindly look into the matter so that I get the refund of my security deposit.br...

I have recharged my MTNL Delhi number with 145/- for number-[protected], now it's been more than an hour but my recharge is still in pending. And that's not happen to me for the first time while recharging my MTNL number.

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in 146/1 pocket d-6 sector-6 rohini delhi 110085. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole exist for mtnl just 10 m away from this pole.
Issues because of this pole:
1. Fire threatning because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators
2. Theft issue as this is used...

MTNL MUMBAI's Network and bill payment service is dead. No phone calls are coming in and no calls can be made.

This is to inform you that I got my MTNL Landline No. 22612665 disconnected due to poor services and submitted Landline Instrument at Mayur Vihar, Phase 3 Delhi Exchange along with intimation to Sanchar Haat of MTNL at Mayur Vihar, Phase -1. I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding the removal of a MTNL tower installed on top of my residential premises, BA-15 Shalimar Bagh(west) Delhi -110088. Despite the fact that the connection has been cut and the site has been cancelled by your company, the tower remains intact, causing inconvenience and health concerns to the residents of the surrounding area.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in front of our house D-3/43, Vashist Park, D Block, Gali No 3, Vashist Park, New Delhi -110046. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active MTNL connection on this pole. So kindly remove pole as soon as possible.

I had surrendered my Landline as well as Internet connection on 14/10/2022
by submitting the instruments along with application to Mayur Vihar Phase 3
office and then get it disconnected from Mayur Vihar Phase I exchange.
On 2/11/22 submitted application(along with cancelled cheque etc.) at Laxmi Nagar Telephone Exchange . But unfortunately they are not responding
despite of many telephone calls to this office. As I am retired I want to left Delhi immediately. How could I get my money back.

Telephone instrument have been surrendered and balance due payment has also been cleared along with request letter for refund of security deposit against telephone no 25775384 on 26.06.2023. Mtnl reference no. 798 has also been provided by mtnl executive for any communication & refund. But still we are following up for the refund. Kindly check and do the needful as all the details have been provided at the centre.

I received bill for december 2 023 of rs. 330/- very high . something is wrong . because I USE HARDLY LANDLINE . please check the meter .

I had surrendered my above mentioned landline number on 10/12/2021 and all dues already paid and i was told by the office of the deppty General Manager Finance Office at Laxmi Nagar near Radhu lace, East Delhi-110092 that my refund will reach to me through Banker Cheque anytime within 02/two months from Feb 2022 as all documents were submitted for refund related to cancel cheque for refund as required by office at Laxminagar. But till date no refund came to me in any form. Going to office for enquiry is no only very time taking and expensive but also that office have no information related to refund. I ahve contacted on phone at 22043486, 22152822, 22141083 related to concern refund concern office to Laxmi Nagar Office of MTNL I am working in Ministry of Defence so time is very less. And for me it, s very expensive
Therefore, you are requested to please refund my refund soon otherwise I will have to approach court for refund with damage cost also because quantum of amount of security deposit is not as important as the performance of or obligation duty by the concerned officials to honest customers and citizens.
Hope the needful will be done soon.

I had submitted an application late in 2020 to terminate my land line 28402296 and to refund the deposit I paid. Its been over 3 years and despite sending several reminders, I have yet to receive any reply

I had complaint abt my dead telephone on 2 Jan/24.

We have surrendered, our telephone no. 25637907 C.A. No. [protected] five months back, but we have not received INR 3000/- refund against security deposit paid at the time of connection.

But till now our security deposite of both the numbers are not refunded
