I had the my mobile number in MTNL -[protected] then ported it to jio and due to recent personal wasnt able to recharge it due to which the sim got invalid then when visited jio store the said that the sim got transferred back to mtnl i would like to get my phone number back with whatever be the process..

This is to inform you that I got my MTNL Landline No. 22612665 disconnected due to poor services and submitted Landline Instrument at Mayur Vihar, Phase 3 Delhi Exchange along with intimation to Sanchar Haat of MTNL at Mayur Vihar, Phase -1. I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding the removal of a MTNL tower installed on top of my residential premises, BA-15 Shalimar Bagh(west) Delhi -110088. Despite the fact that the connection has been cut and the site has been cancelled by your company, the tower remains intact, causing inconvenience and health concerns to the residents of the surrounding area.

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in front of our House No 268, E Block, Gali No 5, West Vinod Nagar, Delhi -110092. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active MTNL connection on this pole.

Issues because of this pole:

1. Fire threatening because of the clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators.

I'm not receiving network on my MTNL sim. This has become a pain now. I also purchased a new sim but the problem is still not resolved. I'm still facing network problems there is No Network available whenever I'm willing to call someone. I'm fed up by the service that I'm getting. This is the worst service anyone can get. What I'm supposed to do when I need to call someone in an emergency.

I am surprised why you have stopped sending the bills thru email for the last 3-4 months? Such a slippage was noticed earlier also in the past. I have disconnected my MTNL Landline Tel No.[protected]CA No: [protected]) on 13Aug2021. I was told my the MTNL Mumbai Prabhadevi office staff that I would receive the refund of my security deposit of Rs2, 280/- by cheque via post to my home address within a month but have not received anything till date.

I lost my mobile this morning 22nd July 2021 Bearing MTNL sim between 11.00am and 3 00 pm near Abhuday Bank Wadala Mumbai
Cannot get through to 1503 or any MTNL number and they have no provision for an online complaint or procedure in this matter.
So lodging complaint here. Need number to be blocked and to be issued a same sim number....

With this forum I have register my complaint regarding not receipt of refund till date after i surrender my landline phone of number 25882069 to MTNL Lokmanya nagar thane ( west ) branch ( maharastra ) 0n 19.03.2019

The refund is still not received after so many complaints with this forum, & personal visit to branch

They assure everytime that refund will genreate but after 2.5 yrs yrs also...

I can't send SMS & not getting SMS. I am using this sim from last 30 years +. Everywhere MTNL No.is registered in banks, Income tax, AADHAR card. Now it becomes problem for me. I want PORT Number to change but asking me to send SMS on 1900 from same MTNL sim, which I can't do.
What should I do. In near days I have to give life certificate but I am not getting SMS of OTP.
Please solve my problems....

Hi,
This is to inform you that I disconnected MTNL and I applied for security refund of MTNL in 2019 and Did not get it till now.

I have attached the cancel cheque and sent to mtnl official refund ID as per instructed by mtnl employee but nothing happened.

Please check and Process refund as soon as possible.
