credit balance not transfer from postpaid to prepaid connection

I had changed the postpaid connection to prepaid connection on 09/02/2010 at Edgah Telephone Exchange,Karol Bagh.
But you have not transfered my credit balance(advance deposit) of the postpaid connection to the prepaid connection and the money was also not refunded back.
Please either transfer the credit balance to my prepaid connection or refund the...

Excessive billing

This is in respect of my mobile no [protected]. In this month of Jan 2010 moble billing I found the billing in excess amount which never happened compare to the use of mobile.
Whenever I try to contact the service provider whether on phone or on internet, I am unable to contact the officials. Either the phone call will be disconnected or the requisite webpage will not open.Then how to and where from the complaint can be lodged.br...
