Pizza Hut, Sector -14, attendant named SANJEEV refused to take order for area SANJAY GRAM, SECTOR-14, GURGAON, INDIA.

DEAR MANAGER OF PIZZA HUT SECTOR 14, I WISH TO ASK, THE REASON FOR SUCH RUDE BEHAVIOR.

I live in the Thakurdwar area of mumbai.I ordered a pizza on 27-7-09 (monday) at 8.00 pm, person taking my order assured me it would reach in 30 minutes, (ie.8.30pm )or it would be free, pizza was delivered at 8.45pm. I called up their office located at opera house at 8.45, but they refused to give it free(they have a scheme that if they dont deliver a pizza within 30 minutes of the order it is free), i spoke to their manager MR. ROHIT, he was very arrogant, he first lied that they dont deliver in my area, but i proved to him that i was their regular customer, then he said it was raining, but actully it was not raining at all, he had to agree he lied again.Then he went on to tell me, there is traffic on the roads, and asked me if i expected my order to come in a plane.According to their promise i should have had the pizza for free because it was 15 minutes late, instead i had to talk to an arrogant manager...i want you to deal strictly with them and show them that they have to respect what they promise and that the customers should get his right.

i live in ludhian and i got a message on my number [protected]. about dominos anniversary . the offer was that i buy one and get other pizza free and offer is valid till 2 august 2009 .dated 31 july 2009 i went to kipps market dominos in ludhian i showed them the message on my no. but they refused me that i will not free on this ofefer as this offer is closed . but on message last date is 2 august 2009 . so i wanted that this we taken seriously .or ortherwise dont send these messages to ur custmer if you dont wanted to give these kind of offers...i want you to deal strictly with them and show them that they have to respect what they promise and that the customers should get his right

i come from PUNE, PCMC area.i am regular customer of Dominos.since last two years I was receiving delivry at my residence.But today they totally refused.Reason NA.I think profits have gone high for Dominos.They should stop free deliveries too.If this rude behaviour is there, Then i feel they will struggle for existence in India.Consumer Manager listening please wake up or its late .Your outlet managers will make you kick out of INDIA.

NOW I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW YOUR COMPANY POLICY PLEASE SHOW ME THE NAME OF LAXMI NAGAR IN YOUR LIST THAT YOU CAN NOT DELIVER. PLEASE EXPLAIN ME EACH AND EVERYTHING. IF YOU COULD NOT EXPLAIN ME THEN I WILL TELL YOU YOUR COMPANY POLICY AND WHAT I CAN DO TO PROVE YOU THAT YOU CAN DELIVER IN LAXMI NAGAR..

My order no.270 which I ordered at 9.07p.m has not been delivered yet as you claim delivery within half an hour of the order
