Order placed on 04/03/26. No order delivered. Their store phone number was switched off. Called the complaint number next day. Called again several times following days. They told refund will be issued within 21 days. BUT, no refund is issued yet.

This has happened multiple times in the past. Order gets cancelled after placing order from website or on the phone. If I am placing order via their website- my order goes through, money is deducted but no delivery. When I call the customer care they say order has been cancelled. I never get a notification about this. Money gets refunded after 2 days but ultimately i am unable to place a order successfully.

The order was failed but payment was decucted two times when i tried to order from the app.

Once i tried with paytm qnd then also from gpay both times payment deducted but no order placed .
I have attached screenshots with transaction ids, i want my refund as soon as possible.

Hi Team,

Please note I ordered pizzas through Pizzahut App on 1st July 2025 and the bill amount was 1664.26 which was deducted from my Gpay account but the order was not placed in the app.
I called the customer care and they said a complaint will be logged from our side on your behalf and amount be refunded but its been 10 days amount is not refunded.

I placed an order on 14th January at 07:58 pm for 2 medium pizzas using the Pizza hut app, the amount of Rs. 808.50 was debited through the UPI payment (SBI Bank account) however the order was not registered on the Pizza Hut app.
It was only when my kids called me at 10:10pm that I realised the order was not reflecting and also the Pizza hut store Fatima Nagar confirmed no order was received. Till the date amount has not been refunded....
