[Resolved]  Done Card Utility Limited — non compliance with the contract of service

I like to state that i had applied for license for IRCTC railway agent and submitted duly filled application with requisite fees of Rs. 10000 to the done card utility limited, Mumbai but they had on their part promised that they will issue the license of irctc which they claim that the govt has delegated the power to issue the same within 1 month
But now even after 1 year they failed to issue the license without any lawful explanation. In the mean time I applied for the license to some other govt recognized authority and i received the license .

I would like to prey before the forum to kindly pass an order directing Done Card Utility Limited to refund the fee amount.
Also i would like to prey before the forum to grant compensation of Rs 50000 for the flat rant breach that they had committed because of which i suffered losses owing to the money that I already invested to start the travel agency.
