I am railway agent by done card utility limited in 2007 but approx two year ago this company ur payment gateway are delete. When i call cause the matter ur call center no any satisfied ans. My balance approx 14000/- in ur a/c till date but no refund my a/c then i send to mail n calls.

non compliance with the contract of service
I like to state that i had applied for license for IRCTC railway agent and submitted duly filled application with requisite fees of Rs. 10000 to the done card utility limited, Mumbai but they had on their part promised that they will issue the license of irctc which they claim that the govt has delegated the power to issue the same within 1 month
But now even after 1 year they failed to issue the license without any lawful explanation....
