donecard — They deleted my etoken data

Respected sir,
As i am donecard railway agent i have sumitted my etoken for renewal .When my etoken was been renewed then i was trobbling while loging then i call back to done card custmer care number [protected] then they process me every day for almost 50minute then when i gat angry then they remove and install some software when that process complete then other problem occurs that your Etoken data has been losed . Know what is my falt please take some legal action among them .
