[Resolved] Dr. Batra's Health Clinic — Worst Service and Rude behaviour by the Head of the Branch
Hi Sir/ Madam,
My name is AnkitaPurkayastha. I was with Dr. Batra's treatment in the year 2005 regarding skin problem. It was one year treatment from the Mulund branch, Mumbai. Then i could not continue for some reason. Then i shifted in Pune. My sink issue started again so i thought of rejoining again.
I went to the branch located at Kapil Towers, Shivajinagar, Pune. I started the treatment from1st week of Nov. They increased they amount to 11000. Since i was their patient they gave me a discount of 10%. So i paid 9900. Each month we need to visit them to check the progress and take the medicine.
My appointment was on 29th Nov. I tried calling them to confrim my appointment but no one answered the call. When i went there they said that the doctor who was supposed to attend me is on leave. Then the receptionist asked me to take one week medicine and come back later. I refuse to take the medicine.
I went there today which is the 6th of December. I spoke with the Head of the Branch Mr. Pallav Thanawala. He was very rude and his behavior was unrespectable. I told him that i don’t want to continue the treatment with them and however there is no progress. He refuses to refund my money. Secondly he said that the money cannot be refunded as is signed some document. Just to le you know i did not sign any document when i rejoined them in Nov. i signed only one document which was for the year[protected]. When inform him about the same. He was forcing me to stay with them. I would have given a second thought of staying back and continuing my treatment but he was so unprofessional that i have decided not to continue.
I just want your help to get my money back; as you will also agree 9900 is not a small amount. I just want the money back for the remaining 11 months.
