[Resolved]  Dr Batra's — No disclosure of my remedies history

The initial response of Dr. Batra Alwapet Clinic was unprofessional.
Additionally, I find the treatment to be excessively expensive considering its lack of effectiveness.

I informed Dr. Batra's doctor, M. Nithya, that I would not continue with the treatment and requested the disclosure of my treatment history. However, I have suddenly received no response from either the doctor or the customer service department.

At the beginning of the treatment, I did not receive a receipt,
The duration of the treatment and the inclusions of the fee were only communicated to me over the phone, and this information was not documented until I repeatedly requested it.

Due to time constraints, I did not want to engage in conflict with the clinic, so I refrained from informing them about the treatment's ineffectiveness. The doctor who previously worked at the same clinic was very competent.

I am unable to access my treatment history, and I find the administrative staff to be problematic to deal with. I had concerns about whether this lackadaisical clinic was providing adequate care for my remedies and if I was receiving the correct treatments.
