[Resolved]  Dr Batra's — Refund for the months I haven't taken treatment

I took the annual subscription of hairfall medicines from Dr. Batra and after 2 months o[censored]sage, I found increased hairfall rather than the reduced hairfall they promised. I asked for cancellation and refund of the remaining 10 months money because I didn't want to continue and risk my hairfall to be severe. They asked me to write an application and said within 15-20 days you will get an update. It's been a month and there has been no contact and now the clinic is saying it will take 2-3 months. These people keep going back and forth on their words and I don't know if I will get money after 2 months also or not. Dr. Batra give me back my money.
