[Resolved]  DTC — Non availability of buses

This is forther to my last complaint made last month, but no action has been taken by DTC till now

Sub: Complaint of not availability of BUSES on 740(Night service)


For the last one month in the morning time there is not bus available in the morning time, from Uttam nagar to Anand vihar.
I came to know due to the HariNagar bus depot's shutdown...there is a problem of buses...

If this preplanned DTC senior members should have arranged the alternate buses for this 740(night service).
All commuters has to wait for more than 2 hour than after 5:30 AM buses starts...


Please let us know how many days it will take the resolve this bus proble?

The commuters from Moolchand to Khnapur or Chirag Dilli are facing some horrible time from 8 to 10 in the evening everyday. The frequency of the buses on this route at this time is so low, that it often causes chaos on the Moolchand bus stand. Either allow blue line buses on this route or increase the frequecy of the buses. No doubt the BRT has made life easy for those who commute by Buses, but to get a bus on this route itself is a big concern. One has to wait for 45-50 minutes get a bus and such is the crowd at this time, that to get into the bus is another nightmare. Will you please look into the matter.
Are Bhai koi rule regulation to banaoo ki conductor aur driver ko bench dete ho bason ko jab marji aati hai chalaate hai nahi to kharee kar dete hai paise bhee nahee wapas dete hai aur kapashera border par to ye haal hai ki ehk din bus aatee hai to chaar din gayab rahti hai beech raaste hi wapas mor lete hai conductor driver kripaya ise ronko nahee to DTC bik jaayegi malik private bus waler ho jaayenge rashtreeya sampati ko nuksaan ho jaayega
I want to know that what is the reason to allot maximum low floor bus at the route 423 and 419 while none for the route 429. Although after receiving the new lot of low floor bus, DTC granted only two (2) buses for route number 429, it is very less in comparison of above said routes. I could not understand who have granted the low floor bus and under what circumstances? Is route number 429 not important or not a busy route? New lot of low floor buses are again alotted for route number 423 and 419. I have seen many times or I can say regularly, there is a queue of low floor bus of route 423 and 419 of 4 to 5 buses that means at the stop of Pragati maidan anybody can see more than 4 to 5 buses are passes over in a queue. Please the authority should have to check it the busy route 429 has also requirement of low floor buses and they should not doing the partiality for alloting the low floor buses.
