काफी समय से जहांगीर पुरी टर्मिनल पर 181 निजामुद्दीन की सर्विस बहुत खराब हो गई है, 9:50 बजे तक अगर बस मिल गई तो ठीक है वरना 1/1.30 घंटा खड़े रहने पर भी बस नहीं आती है । जहांगीर पुरी टर्मिनल पर पता किया तो उन्होंने कहा 181 का रूट लंबा है जिसकी वजह से बस ड्राइवर वहा नहीं जाते है, वह छोटे रूट की ड्यूटी लेते है । जबकि 142, 159, 259, 237, 861 & 891 की बस सर्विस हर 1/2 मिनट होती हैं । आपसे निवेदन है की 181 की सर्विस को बेहतर किया जाए जिसे सवारियों को अपने कार्यालय और फैक्ट्रियों पर सही समय से पहुंचे । धन्यवाद

I had applied for E-Bus pass on 23 May, 2024 and make a payment of 200 Rupees for 2 months but did’t get any info about my application on Sms or Gmail. I checked my Application Status again and again from 8 days I only Got “ Application Received. Payment is under clearing “ Please look into the matter I urgently need the pass and I request you if there is any issue then please arrange a Refund As soon as possible.

Today I was traveling from rajendra place to Karol Bagh I am extremely hurt and distrust by the behaviour of three dtc ticket checker"goons"
I was at rajendra place bus stop and took the bus 721 which was routed towards Karol bagh. Thereafter when I get into the bus the three ticket goons behind me they also pick the same bus and right away ask me for the ticket and I was about to buy ticket ... I just enter the bus and right away these goons come to me and took 200 rupees which was not legit ethically as I and these three ticket checker get into same bus at the same time at the same place how can they ask me for the ticket right away didn't even give me a moment to buy ticket online/offline and I was shocked and extremely distrub by this incident I keep saying to them please you can check the CCTV of the bus when I took the bus but they didn't hear me even once they say you took the bus from previous stop.I tell them many times you can't fined me like this then I took my phone and clicked photo of them.It happens here oftentimes it shows that how @DTC provide service to people their staff even can't maintain ethics and moral. They aren't here to provide service to people.They are here to keep the goons safe.All i know incident time it was around 8:35 to 8:50 and I have their picture which I m uploading under this section, it doesn't mean I can't pay the fine if it's legit we do though I didn't make any mistake how could someone charge me up without any grounds and charging me unreasonable.This is threat to law and public service too. Plz address this complain

माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी

इस पत्र के द्वारा में आपका ध्यान
श्रीनिवासपुरी डिपो में हो रही अनियमितताओं व कर्मचारियों के मानसिक, शारीरिक
शोषण एवम माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के उल्लंघन की तरफ दिलाना चाहता हूं।

माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के आदेश अनुसार कोई भी संगठन किसी भी कर्मचारी चाहे वह
गवर्नमेंट सेक्टर से हो या फिर प्राइवेट सेक्टर से 8 घंटे से अधिक की ड्यूटी नहीं
करवा सकता परंतु श्रीनिवासपुरी डिपो में माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के आदेश का
उल्लंघन करके कुछ ड्यूटी 13 से 14 घंटे की बनाई गई है जिससे
कर्मचारियों का मानसिक व शारीरिक शोषण हो रहा है अगर कोई कर्मचारी 13 से 14 घंटे
काम करने के लिए मना करता है तो सुबह की पारी के DO श्री अनील कुमार उसकी
रिपोर्ट बनाकर उसे नौकरी से निकलवाने की धमकी देते हैं। उसे सुबह से शाम शाम से
सुबह ड्यूटी बदल कर उल्टी-सीधी ड्यूटी लगा कर परेशान करके उत्पीड़न किया जाता हैं।

आवश्यकता पड़ने पर जब कभी कोई कर्मचारी शॉर्ट लीव लेकर आता है तो शेड्यूल सेक्शन
इंचार्ज मिस्टर रजनीश उस कर्मचारी पर दबाव बनाकर रिजाइन देने के लिए बोलते हैं
उसको कहते हैं कि तेरे बस की नौकरी करनी नहीं है तो घर चला जा रिजाइन दे दे।

महोदय जी जब कोई कर्मचारी शॉट लीव
लेकर आता है तो शेड्यूल इंचार्ज मिस्टर रजनीश कुमार वह जावेद खान उसके साथ गाली गलोच करके उसकी जूठी रिपोर्ट बनाकर उसे कर्मचारी से पेसो की मांग करके उसकी रिपोर्ट खत्म करवाने को बोलते है।
महोदय जी नीचे कुछ ड्युटियों की जानकारी दी गई है जो की 22/04/2024 से 13 से 14 घंटे की बनाई गई है।

जिसके कारण शाम की पारी के कर्मचारी जो इन ड्युटियों पर बुक किए गए थे उन कर्मचारियों की ड्यूटी लगातार हेल्डअप करके उनके स्पेयर किया जा रहा है।

महोदय जी कृपया संज्ञान लेकर उचित जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई करके एक्शन ले

There is a Conductor named RAHUL SINGH, CID: 8817 in DTC Cluster Bus Service. During his duty hours, he made contact with a young girl and made her fall in love with him and promises to marry her. However, he is already married and has a child in his home town. All his peer conductors and drivers supported him not to disclose his marital status with the girl, including a previous conductor MOHD. NAFIS, who is now a driver. He does everything with that girl from borrowing heavy amount money to physical abuse. Also, he keeps on changing one girl to another when his truth is known. He and his peers are tarnishing the reputation of DTC. He should be seriously warned not to repeat it again.

I am a student of Dyal Singh College 1st year, my 5-month e-bus pass expired on 22/4/24 and I applied for a new e-bus pass on the same day, I submitted my fee receipt and bus pass form both signed and stamped by the principal. I have paid ₹500 for the next 5 months pass, but as I checked my bus pass status it stated that your application has been rejected, can I know the reason please on what basis it was rejected by DTC

1000 rupees paid on 18th April 2024 at 8:01 pm. The e-pass should have been generated on April 20 but the e-pass has not been generated yet.

When i was coming from airport to health centre a bus came near bus stand bus No. 764 vehicle No, =. DL51GD3167 the bus driver not stop the bus please take action....

I apply for dtc concessional bus pass online for 5 months but I don't know what reason they reject my bus pass and not refund my money 500 rupees only

It's Laxmi Nagar where I'm residing. This morning, I took Bus No. DL 1PC 7290 from Laxmi Nagar to Barakhamba. Regarding a bus ticket I had, a DTC bus conductor mistreated me. I took the ticket online. The conductor asked me to show me your ticket and I showed them my ticket. then he yelled at me and said come here and show me I can't see then I replied I can't go there, you come and check. Hearing this he got angry and started threatening me by stopping the bus.

We have numerous of stray dogs. Every it is becoming great challenge to get because of these dogs barking .
