I Nikhil Rajawat from Mira Steels have sent 11 parcels to kathmandu - Kitchen trading concern via dtdc nalasopara branch....as per the talks with manjunath cell no - [protected]goods would be delivered to kathmandu 3rd day after despatchment and rate was agreed at 100/-rs per kgs but lastly they charged 145/-per kgs including some charges...as we Noticed it lately they disagree to refund it......lately the goods were sent on 17th april 2012 via consignement no N[protected] PARCEL & N[protected] PARCELS AND AFTER REPEATED CALLS IT WAZ DELIVERED TO KATHMANDU ON 25TH APRIL & 26TH APRIL2012........DURING THIS PERIOD WE WERE HARAASSED AS THE GOODS WAS LYING AT DELHI & MR MANJUNATH STOPPED PICKING THE CALLS & HIS HEAD SUJIT PANDA CELL NO -[protected] EVEN DIDNT RESPOND PROPERLY.....DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF DTDC MY PARTY GOT PENALTY FOR LATE DELIVERY AND HE CHARGED THE PENALTY TO ME.....I NEED THE COMPENSATION FOR DEBIT FROM MY PARTY AND EVEN HARASSMENT CAUSED BY DTDC EMPLOYEES....
