I sent a Parcel through DTDC Sahakaranagar office (Bangalore 560092)on 31/05/2025 by paying Rs.100/- towards their charges for delivering it at Lollipopz boutique in Bangalore - 560 043. The shipment was a return to the supplier, who assured refund/replacement if it reached them before 5/06/2025. Thus, any service could completed it sufficiently within the time.
DTDC failed to do it and since the 3rd of June I had been behind them over phone and whattsapp messages when they started giving me false assurances; but the parcel is still to reach the addressee, even after 10 days of despatch.
I am feeling to have cheated again and again by DTDC with false assurances and even by not even bothering to take any action, after even I informed the timeline involved with the supplier. It's sheer failure on the part of DTDC, which is against any sort of service contract I wish they are asked to compen=sate me for lossess of my mone and the time and mental stress that I went through by their action, or inaction.
