I have a courier with Tracking number as D91446716 which was shipped from Sirsa on 11th May. It is supposed to be received by 15th May in Bangalore.

But even after multiple follow ups the courier is not yet received by us. Today is 27th May. Status on tracking portal is last updated on 15th that shipment is in transit from Bengalore Apex branch to Neraluru branch.

This is worst ever service I have seen from DTDC.

The estimated delivery date (EDD) provided by DTDC was 14th May 2024, yet as of today, the consignment has not reached its destination.

      My package ( Tracking No: D0257920, Booking Date: 26st apr'24) was supposed to get delivered today (4th may'24) to Villupuram, Nattarmangalam (Pin Code: 604 206).

      But in DTDC tracking website, it is now showing "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))".

      The address provided is definitely correct and the delivery person did not even call once on the phone number provided.

      Please resolve and update me regarding my package. I need it urgently. I am even cool with going to courier centre myself and take the package, if it is possible.

      Please ensure that I receive the package as soon as possible. Hoping to get a positive response from DTDC soon. Thanks.

        I was supposed to receive a package with reference id 7D[protected] today 4th May 2024 and it showed that it was out for delivery at around 1:30PM. But then at 4:00 PM, it just showed DELIVERED, but it was not delivered. nobody called to receive the package and it doesn't show who it was delivered to. It just says null. I really need this package urgently as it has components for my college project. Please try and solve this issue asap .

            For U29541579 cosignment number, the address is showing as incomplete or wrong CIR.Where as Pin code and Address is correct as per details provided.

            Why its showing as incomplete address? And please deliver it as soon as possible

              Parcel is not delivered, but in DTDC parcel tracking status says its delivered. No one has contacted regarding the parcel. I urge them to show the delivery acceptance slip, parcel delivery person must have signed it himself/herself. It can't be a mistake. Its a case of theft. None of the regional offices are responding to the calls or anything. Even raised a query with their custom services ticket id: 11688017. No one has responded regarding this.

              Got reply from the respective branch and finally my parcel got delivered today, 15th April (Mon). These guys have faked the delivery status on 13th April (Sat), to show that the delivery was done on time, to avoid a holiday gap. Even though I finally got the package somehow. But this step shouldn't be followed. Anybody will get tensed about the package, DTDC won't refund the whole package cost later on, if something really gets missed.

                DTDC Tracking id: D01347890
                The package is fakely marked delivered to the security guard but is not delivered at all.

                I contacted their customer support but am not getting any reply from them (on email that is handled by their backend team). When I called the customer support number, they told me that they had escalated to the branch manager, I requested a callback, but nothing is moving, and I fear they would not deliver this package.

                The package is very precious to me, as it contains books that I need urgently. Please help me out.

                    On 16 th march, order is marked as delivered whereas, recipient hadn't received the same. Upon investigation, found delivery agent attempted a fake signature & did not actually deliver the product.

                      We have book one shipment to Chennai from Shirdi DTDC office by POD No 7X5676021 dated on 1st March but same is showing delivered at Goa insted of Chennai

                      We have taking followups from 4th March from local Shirdi DTDC office Mr.Kadari but not given proper solution also they have changed POD without any intimation and provided New POD 7X5676121 but still same not delivered.

                        There is a courier with food items D73811417 registered on 11/March evening from Karur, TN to Whitefield, Bengaluru, KRN which is supposed to be delivered by 12/March morning.
                        Per tracking report the courier reached final destination per schedule, but it was not delivered on 12/March.
                        It was moved to out for delivery on 13/March, but later moved to Not Delivered(PAPERWORK REQUIRED-(OTR)).
                        The food items would have already spoiled since it is 4 days past already.
                        I called Whitefield office and customer care but there is no one to answer.

                        What is happening?

                        Please provide refund of the amount paid and the cost of food items.

                                I have already submitted a complaint for delivering my item broken. Please let me know how many days it will take for refund as they charged Rs.70 and my item cost is Rs.250. (Tracking No.). The receiver felt so unhappy as it was a birthday gift and broken and I felt so embarrassed to hear this. Not only the money they have hurt my feelings as DTDC has handled this so lightly. I need a solution so that they should never take anything Lightly.

                                    The Mug was dispatched on 24/2/24 through DTDC (Chandranagar, Palakkad, Kerala) to Coimbatore(Saravanampatti). When I handed over the packet I told them that Mug should be packed properly as they are chances of breaking and they promised me a safe dispatch. But when it reached the concerned person on 27th it was broken and from then I raised a complaint and the details are as follows:

Then I called local office they told me pack went as "WITHOUT" entry and it would be delivered in 48 hours. But even then No progress apart from fake tracking updates for next 7 days. But Still no progress about the package. Even after 4 MONTH the package...

                                      I send a parcel through DTDC courier to Nagpur and no progress showed from the date of booking. Then I called local office they told me pack went as "WITHOUT" entry and it would be delivered in 48 hours. But even then No progress apart from fake tracking updates for next 6 days. But Still no progress about the package. Even after one week the pack not been delivered and no movement at all struck somewhere. I am afraid they misappropriated my pack and created fake tracking information. Its day light robbery and breach of trust. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS USELESS AND NOT AT ALL WORKING AS IT SHOULD DO. LOCAL OFFICE PEOPLE NOW VERY RUDE.

                                      Filed Complaint here and in INGRAM. And DTDC got the push from NCH then process sped up. Finally within 3 days Pack been delivered. Thank you All.
