DTDC Franchise for Swarup Nagar took the order for delivering 50 Kg luggage to Mumbai and thrown at their branch office without any action carelessly. Branch was not aware about the luggage and was not bothered to know also. They were about to throw the luggage outside their office without any intimation to us.
When online tracking was not available even after 5 days of booking, we contacted DTDC franchise, and they replied that they do not have any idea. Online updation will happen after few days. Then we went to branch office and surprised to see our luggage was lying there like an orphan and no one was bothered to answer us anything.
Later we came to know that the franchise booked the luggage with lesser rate and applicable rate was higher. Challan copy attached with the luggage was of 5 kg item.
We made a complaint about this franchise to the branch head also and then our luggage was delivered. Was this information helpful? |
