DTDC — Wrong Delivery

I recently purchased an item from ebay.in on september 28, 2012 and Item id is[protected]
The seller shipped the item through DTDC, AWB No.- Z74645428 on October 3, 2012.
When I tracked through DTDC website it showed delivered on October 4, 2012 and when I checked with local DTDC office I found out that the courier boy shipped product to a wrong place and he left the job.
Now I do not know what the truth is.
DTDC is not helping me nor am I getting any refund from EBAY through ebay guarantee program..
Ebay is saying that seller have showed us the proof of delivery and we are closing the case.
I do not know what to do..
I have not got the itemm I have not got any refund and I do not know where my item is.
Please help me..

I sent a courier to LnT Infotech Ltd, whitefield, Bangalore (with detailed address with phone no) vide consignment no B51135059 dated 12.02.09 through DTDC franchisee Renaissance Associate, Koramangala, Bangalore. As per DTDC web site its delivered on 14.02.09 at 10.20 am but addressee not received when i called LnT Infotech. After regular follow ups courier persons unable to trace out my consignment where they have delivered. Because of this I am loosed that documents and my brother may pay Income tax for the same since that cover containing tax savings proofs and due for submission was 14.02.09.

Please suggest how go about this and I want sue this courier department.

one consingement was book dated as on18/10/2011 from jhandewalen to M-Block-58 sector-23 sanjay nagar ghaziabad.up but your delivery boy wrong delivey given. and your Opts team not Intrest in this subject. so kindly provied my consigement at my Address,on urgent Basis.

I had purchased few products from a very reputed online seller. My seller had it sent via the DTDC courier service. I was tracking its shipping online(tracking number: A[protected] and it said it had reached my nearest hub on nov10 so I expected it to get delivered in few days then. but to my shocking surprise after 19 days exactly(ie today nov 29, 2014) it said it had been delivered in some location on nov 25th. my address was clearly mentioned. this is surely because of their carelessness. and the best part is if i call the person in the courier office he so rude replying like i have called him to flirt with him. hell. poor customer service. and now i lost my product worth 4000 bucks.

DTDC courier with Tracking ID D20620413
I check and found that my order was deliver but i am not received my item it showing deliver to indore but for your information indore is 300Km from my adress and showing on dtdc website its received by signa with mob no. 99999999.
