1 Month back i ordered The Secret DVD of Rs.628/-. I received a defective product from Snapdeal.com. After submitted my complaint many times you people ensure that we will provide us a new DVD. After many days i called to customer care they told me that new DVD is not in stock & we will refund your money through cheque.
On 18th Dec i received a cheque but there is a spelling mistake in my name. Again informed to customer care they told me to send back this cheque then only we can rectify. I have sent this cheque on the same day through First Flight Courier Service Docket no. is O22390457. Today again i called to Snap Deal Customer Care they told me that we haven't received your cheque.
Then again i called to First Flight Courier Service they told that on we have delivered your cheque on 19th Dec.
I am not getting any response from your side. In this whole process i haven't received any call from you side.
