[Resolved] E - Mudhra — No refund on cancellation of digital sign

E-Mudhra from 3i Infotech Consumer Services Ltd I have registered for e-mudhra digital signature certificate and later withdrawn from that due to some personal reasons. At the time of registration, I have paid Rs. 367/- through credit card payment. After the cancellation of this subscription, I have asked for refund, and after lot of follow-ups, vanaja from 3i-infotech(e-mudhra) contacted me asking for a screenshot of payment. I have sent the same to her in June itself, Still today, there is no status, they are not replying to my mails as well. These are the people who are in loop with me in mail communication. E Mudhra and Taxsmile are the worst service providers ever met.

I have applied for a digital signature after Rs. 442/- and have still not received my Digital Sgnature due to some internal problem of theirs.

I have demanded a reply on the same which I have not received for the last 5 days.
