[Resolved]  E-Zone — E-zone's lethargic attitude

I was taken back by the way Ezone does business during one of my visit to their brach in Bangalore. I was looking for a certain laptop & went to Ezone store in Jayanagar. The sales guy was very keen that I buy the model that was available but was not interested in procuring the model I required.

Frustrated, he took a scrap paper and noted down my number just for the sake and told me that he would call me in a couple of days time and inform me regarding the availability of the model I was looking for. After 2 weeks am still waiting for their call.

Hello ... Are the managers of e-zone listening?
