My complaint Respected sir, I booked the Samsung Mobile and paid the amount on line on 6th march, As discount offer sms got on my mobile.On 9/3/2015 EZONE call center executive spoke with me and told they cant provide the product and will do refund of my paid amount Rs 5911 on 13/3/2015 which was not accepted by me after asking their officers two times and the force fully credited the amount on my account.Sir I spend more time to choose the product on line and spend the money immidietly but not get the product, So please do judgement. thank you sir.
