[Resolved]  E-Zone — Lady Manager using Slang and Abuse

I have purchased two fans of KORYO Company (A Joint Venture of future Group) in March 2010 from Ezone- Vadodara, Gujarat with 2 years warranty. I was told that Service Center is in Baroda Itself and any problem will be resolved within 2-4 days only. After using the fans for 5 month only one of the fans has winding damaged and Fan not working at all. I got the number of service center (Deep Electronics, Vadodara) from the warranty card and called them. They answered me that they have closed the service center 7 month ago (I bought fan 5 month ago and still there was address of same service center!!!). Even E-zone guy never told me that Service Center printed on the warranty card does not exist anymore. (What a salesman ship...)

So I went to e-zone and told about my damaged fan. They told me that Service center is not in Vadodara and they will send Fan to Ahmadabad. He told that it will take 20-25 days to repair a fan. I repeat the same story that at the time of purchasing the product I was told that it will be repair in 2-4 days and all....So he told me to approach Customer Care Unit. I went there and a lady sitting over there calls some person and gives phone to me. A guy on the call told me that he will be calling me in 5 minutes regarding my complain. But after 6 hour he called me and gives me one number and told me to give my Fan there and it will be repair ASAP.

I called that guy and gave my fan to him on that day only. After two days I have tried to call that guy so many to know the status of my Fan but full day his cell was switched off. So the next day morning I visited him and inquire. He told me that at evening I will get my FAN in working condition. I again visited him at evening and he told me to come at 8 PM. I went to his shop at 8.30 PM and he told that he will be getting Fan in next half an hour and he will be deliver it at my Address.

When I came home I saw that my another fan also not working and now there is no Fan working in my Home. I had to move to someone else's home to sleep along with whole family :(.

Till 9.30 I didn’t get my Fan so I called him again but he was not picking up my call. I tried up to 10.30 PM but no luck. Next day also I call him but he didn’t pick my cal or not replied me back. So again I visited Vadodara Central-Ezone and meet Customer Care guy. He told me that he cannot do anything if that guy is not picking up my call. I told that I have all my Two FAN not working so he told that it’s not their problem (Yes it’s my problem only because I purchased a FAN from them).

I told him to call that Service guy to inquire about my Fan but he told that he will do it tomorrow. I also asked him that why e-zone salesperson has told me wrong information first that Service Center is here only and now he is telling that it’s at Ahmadabad only. While I was arguaging with him...A lady came there without any Badge and interrupts us. I don’t know that she is also form Future Group employee so I told her that let me complete my talk to him and don’t interrupt in between. So the guy with whom I was arguaging told me that she is our . Manager (Without Badge, without Uniform...Goss..How can I know she is a manager)? She told me that the Guy has helped me much better way and now I have to go to Service Center we cannot do anything from here. I again repeated my whole story. This time I also lost my patient by repeating my story again and again. So I was in a loud voice and told that lady manager that "mam I am sleeping without FAN for last two days so please get me atleast one FAN repair" and she shouted in very loud voice that I am arguaging at wrong place and I have to go to service center only. So I also told her to keep quite and not shout as she is an Employee of Future Group and Not my Boss and I am a Genuine Customer of Future Group.

After that she told me "[censored] OFF" you don’t know how to talk with persons and all...And finally she talk to me in very loud voice with words like "[censored] OFF", "CHUTIYA", "" and many more. I also could be speaking in same language but as I was talking to a Lady I calmly leave the E-zone premises. She came after me outside the premises too with mood of world war-3. I didn’t do anything and Leave the Place and went my home. I was really disappointed with that.

May be future Group is giving training of such SLANG also to their Managers so customers can not complaint any more.

I guess Mr. Kishor Biyani should write another Book - "It's Happens Only in Future Group" because I have first time seen a lady speaking slang infront of Hundred of People in very loud voice.

It’s been two days of that episode happened. Still I didn’t get me Fans in working Condition. I don’t know whom I should complain for this.
