Sharing my experience with Easy day,Sec-16,Faridabad for last 6 mths.The store manager enjoy the previleged of managing cleanest of the store in vicinity thus willingly omit any suggestions, gestures,courtesy.Some U.S.P's
1)Guys who have been pointed thrice for rude behaviour continue doing same job.
2)The sub-ordinates have guts to stand by their follies even infront of their superiors.
3)All trolleys would be used by staff only for store work instead of facilitating veterans,this is a normal routine during morning hrs.
4)Since store is unable to manage thefts latest resolution is to tie all loose carry bags & put a permanent seal post payments before handing over bags to customer.
5)Since store has constraints in supplies of carry bags all veggi are stuffed in a single bag irrespective if customer has sorted them in seperate bags.
6)A cutomer friendly approach is distant away as U'll carry all purchased stuff in a single large carry bag-irrespective of weight.
7)Presence of store manager in store at all times for customer compliants/suggestions is at luxury of Manager.
8)Billing errors are to be taken for granted,will be acknowledge and corrected provided"U are smart detecting same"
9)Never talk low about their manager they might ridicule U,i was mistaken for thinking myself being their valuable customer.
10)Hard luck -Reliance stores-Indian masters are much more sensitive
