2months and i have not received my refund as promised by ebay (i have mail proof from the seller and ebay india). I was asked to mail the scanned copies, and i DID! but still there was no refund even afetr giving a proof that amount has not been refunded! so i'm taking this to the court. how long does it take to process a refund. ? even indian railways refunds in 48-72 hours. and you people are pathetic. reporting a fraud, robbery against you as you've kept my money for longer than fair duration. kindly deal with it. see the previous mail with scanned copes mailed to you as below: "ebay id- akshievakshiev please find the enlcosed copies of the entries which show that i havent received my refund and its been a month. ebay said they processed my refund a month ago. have not received it. reprocess. do anything. but i need my money now in 3 days. i have WAITED FOR A MONTH AND ITS REALLY BOTHERING AND PISSING OFF. I'VE CROSSED MY TOLERANCE BARRIER. important Infortmation: This has reached my patience limit now. I have been tolerant for over a month now. You are leaving me with no option but to approach consumer court. I had contacted ebay few days back regarding a refund amount which i was supposed to get 30 days back. They gave me an Author id-418518 and RRN number[protected] and asked me to check with the bank. I checked with the bank and the Bank knows NOTHING!!! ebay wrote in the mail they would contact the bank themselves if refund is not received. So you better process the refund again! This shall be my last mail and after this I'll approach the consumer court. Can you justify how does it take a month to receive a transaction???? ebay says transaction was done a month back on 19th SEPTEMBER. well, where is it? Refund my amount, reprocess the refund! Do whatever but i want my refund in 3 days. 3 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its been a month, and now I've crossed my tolerance limit. Its ridiculous and you owe more than the amount for the time and effort gone in calling and mailing customer care. I want my REFUND or I am taking this to the court! Was this information helpful? | |

letsbuy — NO REPLY NO REFUND
I placed order with Letsbuy.com wrongfully without obtaining the Order No. Cheque for Rs. 2152/- was sent and the same was encashed by them on 6/09/2011. On my enquiry about non receipt of the item, I was told that no items can be delivred without order number. I asked them to refund my money. I received one mail that on the basis of my enquiry ( I sent photo copy of my bank pass book as a proof of payment made) they have received the payment which will be refunded me soon. Thereafter, no mail is attended by them in spite of a number of mails no reply is received nor any refund. I am a Senior Citizen and unable to visit their office at Gurgaon. My hard earned money is gone.Pritpal Singh,
