Election Commision — date of birth is printed wrongly

on my voter id card my date of birth is printed wrongly so i request you to change my date of birth and send my voter id card again.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I Dhiraj kumar son of Asha ram verma having a problem in my Voter identity card(YIN/0419580) of electoral registration officer 032.- Fathepur assembly constituency
All the informations are printed correctly except the date of birth which is given as XX/XX/1990 instead of 07/09/1989. and address which was given 660, kumharoon ki dhani, Beswa, Via- fathepur Distt.- Sikar Rajasthan.
So kindly help me out of this problem and oblige.
