My self Rajesh Kumar S/O late Chheda lal R/o vill- Kumharwa, Post - Gauri, Lalauli, Dist- Fatehpur, UttarPradesh. My Voter ID card number isUP/63/285/0762127, But I have not yet received it .according to voter list ther is no my photo in my ID card and i have applied correction form in last year but no any response. so request to you please correct my ID card and I hope that i receive it before the elections .
