[Resolved]  Election Commission Of India — Voter Id card

Dear Sir,

could pls someone help to issue a new voting id card. we already have old i-cards. Could you pls send someone or suggest what to do to have the same.
Pls. note that the My Voter id Card issue on dated. 22.09.2002 and my card No. JSJ1097278 and Mentioned is add. RZG-241, RAJANAGAR-II, PALAM COLONY NEW DELHI-45, bu my name is not mentioned in latest Voter List. Kindly inform us the my Election Card Expired or not.

I have been residing in Delhi since 1983. Initial years I was staying with my elder brother at Netaji Nagar during that time I successfully got voter I card and I used it for casting my franchise. In the year 1991 onwards I had been separated from my elder brother and started living in different places in Delhi such as Palam Colony, R.K. Puram, Katwaria Sarai and last in Ber Sarai. In Ber Sarai I got married in 1995. From this house I got proper ration card and me and my name in voter list. I remember surveyors visited our flat and got forms checked. Since both o[censored]s working in the same area, we had no time to stay at house. Since 1995 onwards we have been casting votes in Ber Sarai Village.The details of our voting right are given below:

Later in 2000, we got accommodation in Mahanadi Hostel, JNU (226 E Mahanadi Hostel, JNU) and stayed till June 2005. During my stay in Mahanadi Hostel I had applied for a change of address from Ber Sarai to Mahanadi Hostel, JNU. It seems officials from Election Commissioner Office were visited the hostel to deliver the photo identity card or checking purposes. Before they visited the hostel, we left the place and got permanent accommodation in Government quarters of the Institute (E-104, National Institute of Plant Genome Research, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, JNU Campus, New Delhi-110 067).

In the month of December 2009 again, we visited Mehrauli submitted the forms for change of address from Ber Sari to NIPGR. According to dealing hand, this address has not been listed in the preloaded voter list in the computer and therefore he can not include this address. He inserted nearby address i.e. E-104, Indian Institute of Mass Communication, JNU Campus, New Delhi instead of National Institute of Plant Genome Research, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, JNU Campus, New Delhi-110 067 and issued me Photo identify card. This card is useless to me as this address does not exist. Our Institute does not listed in the preloaded voter list. I have a ration card on E-104, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, JNU Campus, New Delhi. Ration card’s authority have forgotten to mention the Institute‘s name i.e. National Institute of Plant Genome Research. Please include our Institute in the voter list. I have now got a permanent Driving License and RC on E-104, National Institute of Plant Genome Research, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, JNU Campus, New Delhi-110 067. Is this address OK for issue me Photo identity card? I am waiting for your reply please.

Dear Sir,
I have received my Voter ID Card No. SET0165985 with wrong date of birth (mentioned as 08.07.1964 instead of 08.07.1963). Kindly arrange to issue me amended card with correction of date of birth. Address on the backside of card is also not mentioned completely.

Below is the copy of my complaint lodged with The Collector, Ahmednagar regarding non-payment of Bills of expenditure incurred on The Election Commissions Observer's expenditure during his stay at 221 Newasa Assembly Constituency Election 2009 .
The Collector Ahmednagar ordered to concerned officials to make payments of the unpaid bills atonce, but till to this date no action taken in this connection by Newasa Tahasil.
I'm suffering very much as the concerned parties from whom I purchased things on credit, harrassing me for their payment and I have to face a lot insulting behavior from these fellows.
It would be very helpful of you if look in this matter and take action against the concerned officers.

Observer’s expenditure.
Respected Sir,
You are kindly requested please to look into the matter personnaly and give me justice. Being a Government Servent, a Jr Clerk, Mula Irrigation Sub-Division, Newasa, I been appointed to assist the Election Commission Observer, Mr Utkarsh Tiwari at 221, Newasa Assembly Constituency Election 2009 by Returning Officer and Assistant Returning Officer,
Newasa vide lt. No.355 dated 22/09/2009.

As a Assistant to The Observer, I full-fill my duty with great intrest and upto the satisfaction of the Observer as well as the R.O. and A.R.O. Newasa.As a part of this duty and instructions given by both officers I made arrangements whatever demands put by The Observer from his arrival to his departure(i.e. from dater 22/09/2009 to 23/10/21009 and
onwards as R.O.Newasa extended my duty upto 31/10/2009 vide lt. No. 530 Dated 23/10/2009 )

During Observer’s stay at V.I.P. Guest House, Shrirampur the R.O.and A.R.O. Newasa ordered me to make arrangements for the Observer as per his demands, such as Complete Computer System, Broad Band Connection, Fax System, TV Set with DVD player and Cable
Connection etc. All these things made availble by me on hire basis and only after the approval of hire charges from concerned local parties. Beside this another expenditure incurred on Observer’s daily needfull things ( such as Fruits, Dry-Fruits, Bislery Water Boxes, meals, All daily News Papers, Magazines and other so many required things) is nearabout Rs.38000/-

Both R.O. and A.R.O. Newasa asured me to provide sufficient amount for all the Observer’s expenditure; but during all those days made reasons and prolonged me with full advances and given only 10, 000/- on one day. However I manmaged things, bear all those expenses from my own pocket and some expenses on credit.

When I submitted all those expenditure bills with A.R.O., Mr. Ravindra Bawa, Tahasildar Newasa, he made me waited for long pretending non-availability of Election grant. Since On time to time I enquired and requested for the payment but, every time he made
reasons and refused to pay.

A long period is passed since Election Results and even I am not in receipt of my Election Duty allowances for the period from 22/09/2009 to 31/10/2009.
Sir, this tendancy and negligency of A.R.O.Newasa made me very upset and put on tough spot and such a harrassement given by Mr. Tahasildar and his subordinates is truly very disgusting. How could one accept and obey election duty hereafter?.

A total payment of hired systems is Rs.15600/- for which the concerned Local party pressing me very hard and I just cant afford to make that huge payment on my own account.
Also other expenditure Bills amounting to Rs.37895/-(less Rs.10000/-advances) i.e. Rs. 27895/- is still pending with A.R.O. Newasa and till to date no arrangements are being made by A.R.O.Newasa.

Sir, Please give instructions to the Tahasildar(A.R.O.), Newasa to make fast arrangements for the payments.

All the expenditure details are attached herewith for your kind perusal please.

Sir i want to say that at the time of correction I had already submitted the relevant documents & done the needful to correct the data, mentioned in the ID card. It was also corrected in the revised correction list in 2009 which appears. But till date I am unable to get the corrcted Voter Id.
So pls help me in this regard. From where could I collect the same.
