hi sir i am kunal gautam living at 4906 subzi mandi arya pura delhi 7. sir i have lost my voter id card and i have no any photocopy of my voter id card.so please tell me how can i get new voter id card and please reply me soon on my email address.

I smt. Indu bala Mandal age above 80, residence of Mathkal purba para 1 Dumdum North 24 Parganas Kolkata 700065.

In my voter I.D. card, in Date of Birth column there only year is written 1930 but date and month is given crossed sign.Actually I have no evidence to prove my actual date of birth.Now it is very urgent to put date of birth in voter I.D.card.Our area is under Barrackpur Sub Division, I went there but the working officer did not help me and said without any age proof document he will not correction it.So what can I do now?Give any suggestion as soon as possible.

How should i apply, where should i go to aply, if there is any form i know its Form 6. but if there is any other pls let me know. i need to make my voter ID Card, pls sir its my humble request. pls rply with suggested.

The four ID Cards issued to my family carry glaring mistakes.There is difference in the details printed in English and in Hindi. The address mentioned in Hindi is abolutely wrong and does not belong to us.
The card No.UBV 1252915 belonging to a family Member, has dual identity. In English version it
belongs to our family member, whereas in Hindi it represents some one else. Legaly speaking, these Card are invalid. The Agency who has messed up such Cards, needs to be taken to task as it is making a mockery of the process.

The No.s of our defective ID Cards are -UBV0284356, UBV 0284364, UBV 0284372 and UBV 1252915.

I have received my voter ID card last year, but it is full of mistakes regarding my name, address and DOB.

sir,
when the serve was going on for addition of new names in ellectoral list i was not at home and my maid gave my name as MANISHA JAIN that is my nick name . my official name is POOJA JAIN as on my D.L and PAN CARD ..
HOW can i get the correction done
