Recently I changed my address From Kankurgachi C.I.T. Building, Block -02, Flat 32, Kolkata -700 054 to Kankurgachi C.I.T. Building, Block -02, Flat -51, Kolkata - 700 054, In the same Area, Same Locality, Same Building only Floor has been changed (From 3rd Floor to 2nd Floor). and I got the EPIC Card no. JSC2995751 with the new address which I require but when I verify the voter list, I did not found my name in the Voter List (AC: 167 -Maniktola, Part No.:153, Polling Booth : Gyandeep Balika Vidyalaya)
Pls. do some needfull to enlist my name in the voters list as early as possible.

But while all the clerks of our Branch, including a senior clerk going to retire shortly, have been entrusted with election duty only a clerk has been left out of list. How it is possible ? Since 22/11/08 I have been engaging myself for inclusion of my name in the voter list of Srirampore Parlimentary Election (under Utterpara area, 185/99).
On 23/11/2009, I informed the above fact to the Returning Officer, (SDO), Srirampore. Hooghly; when I saw that my name was not enlisted.
In reply, the said Returning Officer advised me to apply again in Form No – 06 (vide his Memo. No. 28/Elec/Srp. Dated 16.02.09.); that I followed by affixing 2 passport size colored photographs on 25.02.09.
Later, on 14/03/2009, a representative of BLO from 185/99 (Zone) came to verify my residential address and she was satisfied.
Sir, after that, I had gone time and again either to Srirampore SDO office or at the Booth (Amarendra Vidyapith, Uttarpara; Hooghly) enquiring about my EPIC and enlistment of my name.
All my efforts are in Vain, Therefore, I would request you to allow me for exercising my franchise and oblige.

Hearing officer told that every this is OK. Till date my name has not been registration. I meet several time to Minicipal Corporation Barrackpore as well as to Administrative Bulilding Barrackpore. No body is going take response about it.

i am shayada bibi residing at ward number 1 of cossipore Municipality area. before Two month ago we are requested by local municipality to proceed two color photo for new photo ID card. Then I requested my office for arranging postal vote. In reply today my office advised to arrange it on my own. In this situation I need your help and advice so that I can tender my vote.
