Electrolux — Deficiency in Services | |||
This is to inform you that I have purchased Electrolux Refrigerator from Croma Store in Faridabad on 23/10/2011 Model: V60G it stopped working on 4th December, 2012. I have registered complaint Electrolux Complaint Centre EGUR[protected] on 5th December. the engineer visited and two days after and there was no power at home and he checked from outside and said there does not seems to be any issue and use the machine. In case the problem persist then call me. We were out for a day and day after when we switched on the machine, it was dead. I called up engineer and he said please log the complaint again. I again called up the customer service center and the complaint was showing pending and they added remark for visit. Engineer had not visited till evening and I got a message that complaint has been closed. I called up again at the service center and they raised the complaint again EGUR[protected]. I asked for an explanation in writing why the complaint has been closed and till date I have not received any response/resolution so far. I called up several times and ask for seniors to inform me about the issue and resoultion. Till Now, nothing has been done and is only causing mental harassment.
