Pl refer to my meeting had with you today at your Laxmi Nagar office regarding my problem. Since you had asked me to submit the history of my Fridge issue, I here by enclosing some of important mails which were send to customer care/senior authorities in 2009 when it was being operated by Videocon. There was some more e.mail which is my previous company compurter and I have not kept any record with me.

Hope you will be able to analyzed from these mails that how much torture and problems we have under gone thru with your Electrolux Fridge from the date of purchase . My mails are self explanatory and hope that you will be able to understand the reason of our disappointment.

Today for us the only solution is to sell this fridge as scrap or retain it by paying regular maintenance cost.

I am sending my mail with humble request to please help me as your valuable customer and do the justice with us.

History of our Fridge:

1. We purchased this Double door fridge on dt. 11/6/05 from Laxmi Nagar. Just after completion of 2 years, this fridge started giving problem. The problem was low cooling. We had contacted to dealer who rectified our problem after checking the compressor and did some rectification because this was under warranty. I do not have any record of this as it is 5 years old case.

2. We faced the problem in 23rd June-2008 that the clock stopped working. Your people attended the complain and changed some part for which they charged from us. We paid them cash of Rs. 475/- vide receipt no. 8799. The service was given by M/s. Dyna Enterprises authorised service partner. I have copy of this receipt.

3. On dt. 10/3/09 Fridge stopped giving cooling. We lodge our complaint to customer care, the person came and replaced the compressor no. 552436-APLICOP and taken the cold compressor 5536652-Zel. They did not charged for compressor but charged for some parts and charged Rs. 875/- against receipt no. 9725 dt. 12.3. 09 and done by same company. I have copy of receipt.

4. Subsequently, we faced problem in Feb. 2010 once again. We once again send our complain to HO and they sent the person to look our complain. They came and replaced thermostat and charged from us. Since I was in abroad those days, my wife had made the payment. Somehow she could not find the receipt.

Once again the fridge started giving problem and this time when your person visited us 3 days ago, he told that timer is not working but today when he came to replace timer, he told that our compressor is not working.

I believe that there trust which work in service industries. Whenever, there is problem your people come and ask only for replacement of some parts that too on chargeable basis. Do you think that it is our fault that every time we have to pay for defects and you do not want to compromise on cost.

If you do not solve my problem, I have decided that I will do auction of this fridge under big banner mentioned never deal with such company who do not bother for their customers. or I have to get this repaired at my risk but than I will see to it that I send my complain documents to all the leading appliance company who are your competitors as case study, this thing will damage the reputation of your organisation an image of your product in market which is more than the cost to be born for repairing my fridge.

I wish that you will do your needful and do justice with me. Since summer is on, pl do not delay. Kindly see that the repair work is done on top priority.

Electrolux Refrigerator — VERY POOR PERFORMANCE OF REF

dear electrolux,

i bought an electrolux side by side, stainless refrigerator three years ago. unfortunately i am very disappointed because of the following:

1. the water source was not properly installed, therefore the water dispenser did not function at all. - your service very disappointing.

2. a year ago the ref just did not function, according to the service man, an automatic voltage regulator should have been used -- but your instruction did not include that information or requirement and the installer did not mention - again very disappointing.

3. NOW your refrigerator just stopped functioning. please check it at once, because i know that the motor should be covered by 5 year warranty.

PLEASE SEND YOUR SERVICE MAN, OTHERWISE I WILL PUBLISH MY DISAPPOINTMENT.

Electrolux Refrigerator — door handle is broken. please replace the door handle.

I purchased double door refrigerator in December 2009 from Sarna Eloctronics, Sri Ganga Nagar (Rajasthan). At present I am posted at Surat. The door handel of the regrigerator is cracked and broken. We want to get it changed. So please lodge my complaint and advise your service centre at Surat to give the service. My Contact number is [protected].
