Subject – Defected Refrigerator not repaired after purchasing and after and before warranty .



Sir,



I am very unlucky customer that I purchased Electrolux Refrigerator from some local shop in Bangalore . From the first week we have observed that Defrost system is not working and Refrigerator‘s freezer was not in good cooling condition .



We called number of times and they have not taken our complaint seriously and they informed that we do not have enough resources due to merger of Electrolux with Videocon India . Electrolux Complaint on call centre +[protected]



Our complaints are given below –

1.Complaint 8/4/2009 (communication with engineer’s number [protected]) .
2.Complaint 12/04/2009 BAN[protected]
3.Complaint Reminder 18th April to Mr . Mugesh- with complaint number 64190993 to Mr . Naveen .
4.Reminder call – 18th April again (second reminder)
5.Complaint no BAN[protected]
6.Complaint no . BAN[protected] 12th May 2009
7.Complaint no BAN[protected] 19th May 2009 (urgent complaint request)
8.Complaint no BAN[protected] 15th May 2009 (Replacement of freeze)
9.Complaint no BAN[protected] 12th Sept 2009 (Replacement of freeze)


All above 9 complaints under warranty complaints and 5 year warranty for compressor as per the documents .



Now, on discussion based on latest complaint we found that freezer is dead and refrigerator is also dead . Due to harder Ice frozen in the refrigerator and gas leakage in the freezer system and engineer is not ready to repair our freeze .



Even in the most of the complaints number 8 and 9 it was under observation and they have not taken it seriously .



Now I am disturbed and writing you the email and need response ASAP . If no reply comes with in 24hours I will go the legal way get compensation and fraud against Dealer and Company too .



29th Feb 2010 again we got another complaint BAN[protected] engineer is not ready to resolve issue without fees . But we will not pay the refrigerator was under this worst condition . Lot of harassment in this case and I would like rto take action againt dealer and company both .

Electrolux Refrigerator — really worst product

really a worst products of electrolux ,,i really recommed to every body that not to buy electrolux refrizerator because they nt provide service ,,i have bought the refrigerators in 2007 and 3 times the compresser has been changed and now once again the problem occured but the service centre guys doesnot reply to the complain,,really too bad ,,
since one month the fridge has been in closed ,,but the company has been not giving responce..
I support you sir, i bought the fridge from electrolux on 2007. Ssituation is same with you.
From last 3 month we following up with the customer service people, but no response.

We have to do something on this issue.

Do you have any ides what to do???

Electrolux (Service by Videocon) / Fridge — Cooling Problem

I purchased an Electrulux Refrigerator Model (EDL 244) on 06th Feb 10. Last 60 days I am struggling as it's having cooling problem. We are not able to use the Refrigerator at all.



First complain was registered on 26th Aug 10, Service Engineer came after a week, checked & repaired. But the problem still got unsolved. Again after repeated complains, last week another service engineer attended the problem. He remarked the PCB is to be replaced & will be attended within 48 HRS ...never came back.



Till date this problem is unsolved. I am as a customer is frustrated. If the problem can't be solved please replace the refrigerator or refund my hard earned money.
Service by Videocon Electronics is very very very ...poor, I will personelly feel & advice not to by any product from Videocon.The quilitu is bad & you will not get any service... you will be in real soup.
