[Resolved] Electrolux Kelvinator — Refrigerator not working | |
I have purchased Electrolux Kelvinator model no. KEL 235 - Double Door unit in the year 2003 on 05th June. Till date I have not faced any service issue but suddenly from last one week, the refrigerator unit below is not cooling at all. The freezer compartment is working fine but the main unit below is not cooling. Please arrange to send engineer to get the problem rectified or let me know your nearest service station details. Till date I have not faced any service issue but suddenly from last one week, the refrigerator unit below is not cooling at all. The freezer compartment is working fine but the main unit below is not cooling.

I had purchased a refrigerator last year which developed some fault within 3 months only .I called the call center and that was rectified .Again it has developed some fault and its not cooling .I had lodged complaint in call center no DEL[protected] .Now the complaint is attended but to my shock the compressor is defective and it will be replaced .Now this is under warranty of 5 years but the person who has visited me says that some rupees 1100/ will be charged .I fail to understand that when a product is under warranty then why should I pay .I am being harrased in the hands .Plz look into the matter and get my product rectified .I was delievered defective piece which is my gut feeling

Electrolux — Refrigerator not working fine
I have bought a freeze from G.S. Enterprises, Malviya Nagar, Delhi in May. Within a week, I told him that its lock is not working and defrost is also not working. He told me that he has raised a complaint and technician will report in 48 hours. Sice then, I have raised some 4-5 complaints myself. Then the shop owner asked me to send the freeze to his shop so that he can change it. I sent the freeze on 9th December and I have not received new freeze till date. I asked the shop owner and he said that the dealer Rajat did not delivered it yet. I went to dealer's shop in Khanpur, but he was not there. he did not even pick my calls. What should I do now?47%
