I am very disappointed from the electrolux service, has taken a. C of eletrolux just because dealer suggested me a good customer service although there are lots of options available in the market however now i think i made a wrong decision by buying this a. C, its been a year only and i have been calling and calling to customer care again and again as issues in my a. C keep coming and coming. You tell me in this hot season if your customer service team will take 42-72 working hours to fix my a. C then i think i should buy a cooler instead of a. C. Now kindly arrange a technician/electrician visit to my home, h. No-13/1763, qazi ka mohalla, saharanpur-[protected]

Looking for a positive response and a visit today itself.

    I purchased electolux ac last year since than it had cooling problem i complained to company for the same many times but nothing had happened, no body is bothered to resolve the issue, last month on 20/5/18 one of the engineer visited and he had taken the some electronic part with him and assured to replace the same tomorrow, since last month i have to live without ac and nobody is bothered to resolve the issue, this is the most horrible experience of my life.

      We had bought a washing machine from electrolux on 20/09/2017. The drum of the washing machine was not working after around 4-5 months from the purchase. For this problem, we had lodged a complaint with the customer care on 2/4/2018 with complaint no kol[protected]. After that a company guy came after 3 days and he told us that the drum needs to be replaced. And he had verbally confirmed that the drum will be replaced in one week. After that we kept calling the authorised service centre (Shreesh touch) as well as the customer care again and again. But they didn't give any response. Only thing they did was delaying the service for about 2 months. When he asked them so as to why it's taking so much time for the drum to be replaced, the authorised service centre guys started misbehaving with us. They didn't respond to any of our queries. Mr gopal supposedly the regional manager just tried to delay things and was very rude over the phone. Also when we called on the service centre no. The ladies who picked up the phone there i. E sampa dey and swati couldn't respond to the queries. Whenever we asked them when is the machine is going to be taken up for service we got really unprofessional responses from them. Don't know why a multinational company like electrolux wants to hire such staff and degrade the name of their companybu authorising such service centres. It was almost 2 months since we had lodged the complaint. Till then what we had got in return was just fake promises and rude behaviour. Finally when they picked up the washing machine from our house on 6/6/2018they had said that they will deliver the machine in around on 13/06/2018 i. E. Today. We are a working couple so we need to stay at home and take leave from our work if someone is coming to deliver the washing machine. My wife had taken leave from her work today as the washing machine was supposed to be delivered today. And when the machine was not delivered till afternoon, my wife called the service centre so as to ask when that machine is going to be delivered. To my sheer surprise they said it can't be delivered today and it will take some more time. And when my wife tried to point out that you could have informed us if you were not going to deliver the product today since my wife had taken leave for today the employee at the service centre ms sampa datta started insulting my wife and stared using despicable words over phone for my wife which i could not even discuss in this complaint so as to just maintain the sanity of the forum. I fail to understand why does a company like electrolux hires such people in their company who just want to insult their customers and providing no incremental benefit to the company. This could happen to anyone. I mean we buy some gadget or anything just to ease our work not make our life miserable. I really want that some strict action must be taken against these electrolux employees so that no one should face the harassment that we have faced in the last 2 months. I request the concerned authority to take a stern action against such instances. It's not even about taking back the machine. But the manner in which the staff talks to the customer should be taken care of. I hope my plight doesn't fall on deaf ears. I am attaching the complaint letter mentioning the date on which complaint was lodged

        Hi,
        Last 10 days i tried to contact to your customer service center on [protected].
        Most of the time they put me on hold till 20 minutes to 40 minutes. Always received a voice that our customers executive was busy on other call, please wait. After 10days of follow up finally contacted today morning and they refuse to receive my ac service request, mr. Gaurav told me that you bought this product on 25th may 2017, now your 1 year is over. You have to pay charge while technician will visit. Now please let me know no communication received from electrolux regarding ac service. Only one service 1 avail as on date. Don't break my trust about your brand. With regards kindly arrange technician for free service.

          I had purchased a top loading washine machine six months back which developed a snag. The matter was brought to notice to the cm care dept of electrolux who informed that the drum is to be replced
          After one month of continous follow up for the replacement i was told that the drum can be replaced but i would have to pay rs 1400 for the carrying cost even though the machine is within the warranty period.
          Have written to the cm care a no of time but receiving no response
          Very pathetic after sales service of electrolux

            I am nitin dhawan, r/o c-3/28, janakpuri, new delhi-110058.
            This is in reference to an air conditioner (Es18m5c-altr) bought from ep electronic paradise pvt. Ltd, shop no. 5, dda commercial complex, janakpuri, new delhi-58 ([protected]@yahoo.com) (H. O - 13, vaishali, pitampura, new delhi-110034) vide bill dated 16.06.2016 and invoice numbered jp/r-1638/2016-17 in my name for an amount of rs. 29, 500/-. Bill being attached for reference.
            The air conditioner was installed by your executive installed the same on the very next day. The document of free installation was signed by me in return. To our surprise, water started leaking out of the air conditioner after a few days and we contacted your customer care and your executive visited our place to fix the problem. The water leaking problem was fixed for the time being.
            The year next i. E 2017, the air conditioner again started leaking and we this time complained electrolux as well as ep electronic pvt. Limited. An executive again visited my residence and adjusted the air conditioner. Since we are not technically sound in this, we again thought that the problem is fixed and the water would not leak, not knowing what exactly the technician/executive has fixed. The problem was faced twice last year and temporary adjustments were done by your executives. (Records from your end may be seen)
            This year i. E 2018 again the same problem is faced by us in the air conditioner. Sufficient amount of water is leaking in the room from the air conditioner. When we complained yesterday i. E 26.05.2018, we received a call from your executive from company namely mr. Rajesh ([protected]) and your executive (Sonu) visited our premises and after checking the same informed us that there are serious installation issues since the beginning. The a. C would have to be removed, the entire unit of exhaust of the a. C would have to be removed and reinstalled. And further, the installation charges would have to be borne by us. Sonu left stating that since he is not prepared with equipment to do the same, shall visit again. Shocked at the way the complaints are being handled, feeling cheated as the installation was prima-facie a onus of the company and since two years we have been facing problems because of company’s services being faulty and now the charges for the same have to be borne by us, we again called electrolux who gave me the number of area manager - as stated from number [protected]. When i called on this number, the person messaged that he is ‘ on his way” (Screenshot being attached).
            There is nothing that has progressed since then. To point out my concerned showing deficiency in services and calling us to take legal recourse now would be :
            1. The installation in the first place was not done properly.
            2. The leaking of water from the unit/air conditioner has been pointed out ever since the unit was installed but no proper service has been provided.
            3. Since 2016 itself the same problem is being pointed out but in vain. Temporary solutions are being provided.
            4. For installation problem being pointed out from the time of purchase, now after being harassed on every season, we are being asked to pay for the same shows that the installation was done faulty in the first place for the very reason to usurp money on account of this now.
            It is rather a very bad experience with electrolux which calls for serious actions legally. It is not just about the installation, it is in your terms that incase we get the instrument installed by someone else, there is no damage coverage by you. However, installation by you which leads us to two years of harassment and means of extracting money on account of faulty first installation by you is not even a question to be answered from your end.
            Request you to fix the issue within 48 hours, hours, failing which i shall be left with no other option but to proceed legally.
            For further actions from your end please.

              I am inder preet singh from qadian, punjab india and i am govt. Employee. I bought electrlux ac from mahajan electronics, qadian... But this one is faulted piece... The company repair it many more times but it could not be ok.. Now its cooling problem.. The warranty is one month left.. I visit to the dealer’s shop approximately daily but the owner of the shop where i bough this ac did not give me any good response..

                Service person came to house not done anything after service the ac is not working at all and vijaysales goregaon west not responding at all
                Realy a pathetic service from electrolux and vijay sales team
                Kindly let me know the status as no one us is ready to take action
                Unfortunately i will not recommend anyone to go to vijay sales and to buy electolux product

                    • not extending warranty. Inspite of repeated reminders. Hence, delays caused lapse in extended warranty.

                    (Money payment is not the issue. Do your job well & honestly. Not cheating.)

                    What sort o[censored]ntrained, unprofessional & underpaid service technicians has electrolux hired in goa!?! Extortion of money through shrewd evil tactics.

                    Why should i pay service charges when i am not happy & my washing machine is not working?

                    No response to my emergency complaints calls since 7 days. Water rotting in the washing machine & cannot be drained out.

                    I am lodging a complaint with calangute police station shortly and
                    I will be approaching consumer court soon for the same.

                      I have been trying to reach electrolux for a week now. Sent multiple emails to [protected]@vgmail.in, called multiple times at [protected] (Nobody responds) and [protected] (Says invalid number).
                      My refrigerator hasn't been working for more than a week now.
                      As soon as we switch it on, the mcp trips.
                      I was able to reach [protected] after 1 hour of wait, they sent a mechanic (Registration number: ban[protected]), who told us compressor needs to be replaced and he will send another person who will do the same.
                      Nobody came/called after that.
                      Can you please help?

                        We had purchased electrolux washing machine on 7th dec 17 from sairaj enterprises shirdi. It stopped working after 8-15 days of purchasing. When contacted the vendor, he replied that the part is not available and we will give it asap. So we waited some days and followed up many times but due to no response from vendor we have filled complained higher authority on 22nd feb 18. But we have not got any response till today. We are completely frustrated with service due no response from vendor and company. Anticipating quick help regarding this.

                          Dear electrolux team,

                          We have purchased the electrolux split ac on 27-april-2017 from vijay sales at model town-delhi. My order number is 305-dmt04-17sot39. 1 had called customer care for the service (My s. R. No-del[protected]) and service technician had arrived after 3 days and more than 10 calls of follow ups. Finally the service guy (Mr. Naveen) came for service but he cleaned the dust of indoor unit only. Till that day my ac was under warranty. As i was not satisfied with this service, i called to agency senior person (Mr. Lalit) he ensured me that the service guy will again visit my home next day for complete servicing. Mr lalit also told me not to complain as he would be going to resolve the issue next day. Next day the service technician came and cleaned outdoor & indoor. After 2-3 days i observed that the ac is not cooling properly. I again raised the issue with customer care (My s. R. No-del[protected]) and service technician (Mr. Naveen) arrived after 1 day. He checked the ac again and told me that gas is less due to which the cooling is not there. He told that the gas refilling charges are rs.3600. I asked him why he was telling about gas issue that time while he could tell me it before when he visited my house 1st time as my ac was under warranty.

                          My concern is that the cooling issue observed only after the service. If it was observed earlier during his first visit, it could be resolved under warranty.
                          Kindly repair (Gas filling) it under warranty or i will raise about your poor service on social media and ask people not to buy any product from electrolux.

                            My ac stopped working and hence i raised a complaint (Ticket# hyd[protected]) with electrolux on 11th march 2018. On 17th their local engineer came and replaced pcb and few other components charging rs 6, 500.00.

                            However, the ac stopped working the next day after and again after lot of follow-ups, i had to raise another complaint on 29th mar (Ticket# hyd[protected]) regarding that faulty components were installed on my ac by electrolux's local service engineers.

                            However, neither the company, nor the local service engineer are doing anything to resolve the issue. I have been cheated by their local engineers and electrolux has not been responding to mails or calls.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have purchased a fridge on 24 th aug. 2015 from bismi appliance, invoice no. 405921. The same was got malfunctioning around 3 month back and reported to m/s bismi.
                                Since presently i am at kozhikode, they send technician for checking. After checking the technician claimed informed compressor burned and rs. 500.00 required as the visiting charge. Where i did not paid because compressor is under warranty for 5 years to my knowledge.

                                On follow up to the agency at calicut they informed they cannot extend the warranty as it is more than 1 year and i have to pay technician cost (Approx. 1000.00 and gas filling cost (Approx. 2000.0)

                                Please let me know do i have to pay the above amount, even the compressor is at warranty.

                                    My ac electrolux model number es18m5c/2017. It makes too much noise. The noise is unusual uneven. I was complaint many time in front of technician and he says negatively. I want to repair my ac in underworranty. To much noise produce by outdoor unit and indoor unit. The cooling capacity is also less compare to cheap ac. The noise is like something trapped in ac blower and evaporater.

                                      Electrolux split ac 1.5 ton gas licked automatically during warranty period and asked for refile with in the warranty period. Their engineer came up to check the things and he was agreed for refile it with in 4 to 5 days, Also, he pitched for extended warranty and we buy the same at Rs. 3040.
                                      Now, after 20 days nobody came up for refile the same despite of our regular followed up with their junior senior or top senior.
                                      One of their senior (Mr. Lalit - [protected]) was very rude in behavior and challenged us to go anywhere i.e. court or police station or anywhere with your complaint. he was least bothered about customer issues neither he express any courtesy. Overall, he was very very rude like a peasant/illiterate.

                                        Hello sir

                                        I have bought microwave of electrolux in oct 2015 model no. C28m251bb.

                                        There very small issue, lock of door was damaged, i have complaint no.- agr[protected].
                                        The guy visited and openes the microwave and let it open to come next day.

                                        Since regulatory i am following lot of no and seniors, first they receives calls 1 out of 10 calls and they have no solution for me. They say company do not have part.

                                        How it is possible my microwave was in warranty for microwave part for 3 years and company has stopped supplying parts within 2 years.

                                        No complaint no on websites works.

                                        Pls help, provide me any solution.

                                        But Service Engineer is Demanding 300₹ For the Same.
