[Resolved]  Electrolux Kelvinator Washy Talky Washing Machine Model No. 760fxzwt Sl. No. 23200276 — NON RECEIPT OF SERVICE FROM AGENCY

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that undersigned purchased a Electrolux Kelvinator WASHY TALKY washing machine model no. 760FXZWT sl.no.23200276 vide Invoice- cum challan no.490/ 02-03 dated 30.11.02 from BOMBAY AGENCIES, BENACHITY, DURGAPUR-13, WEST BENGAL .

The said machine while washing it stopped suddenly in the month of march-09.I approached the BOMBAY AGENCIES and they gave me a phone no. But there was no response.Afterwards I got a number [protected] and contacted them on 08.6.09 and some person visited our house and said that some parts are unservicable and it is to be procured. Still ther is no favourable reply from that end.

I am 63 years of age nd undergone Bypass Surgery on 30.6.09. and my wife also aged. Without machine we feel uneasy in day to day life.

So, Sir, it is requested to look into the matter sympathetically
