[Resolved] Electrolux / Refrigerator — Service Centre not able to rectify problem | |||
Electrolux double door refrigerator model no.ERL 285 FF purchased on[protected]. Out of warranty. Cooling stopped. Complained to their service centre (Videocon[protected]. Complaint No.GHA [protected] dtd[protected] after repeated requests mecanic visited and on[protected] and new (old style) condensor screwed to the back of refrigerator and gas filled. We paid Rs.950 for condensor and Rs.1130 for gas. No cooling started. Again contacted service centre (Electromech Eng., C-98, Lohiya Nagar, Ghaziabad) no one visited. against complained (Comp No.GHA[protected] dtd[protected] After repeted follow up mechanic came and told that gas is over filled. He released some gas. Cooling started. In the freezer compartment ice cream melts, frozen vegetables not freezing and start rotting. Since then i have complained numerous time with local service centre and their call centre (gha [protected] - 29-6-10, gha [protected] 20-7-10). After complaint on 20-July they send a mechanic who checked the temperator of cooling coil in freezer compartment and told that gas is to be re filled. Since then I am almost calling them daily and not getting satisfying answer. Day befoe yester day their mechani visited and said that refrigerator need to be taken to their work shop. I contacted today and I was told that they can only pick my refrigerator next week. I am tired of their attitude towards their customers. I would like to request every not to buy any product from such companies who are not properly taking care of their customers.
