[Resolved]  Employee Provident Fund — PF Claim denied by Ex employer

Hello

My name is Prashant Shetty, i worked for one BPO company for 14 months (Jan 2004 to Mar 2005), i have not withdrawan my PF amount, i asked the ex employer manager for clearing my PF, however he denied as i have not served needed notice period,

can you help me getting my PF for 14 months? what can i do in this case

Dear Sir/madam

Myself Apoorva Atheya worked in Reliance Life Insurance, New Delhi for last 9months.My EPF Account No is -MP/12819/5030.
I have dispatched the PF withdrawn Form to Indore World Class Services as on 09th Sep'09 but still not received my PF Amount into My Saving Bank Account.
I have try to contact Mr.Devendra(Properitor of World Class services) Mob No-[protected] & Mailed but still not receive any satisfactorty answer nor received any mails regarding my PF withdrawn.
Would request you to please look into the matter & get the helpful done.

Myself Avadut V. Prabhu worked in ST. Joseph Industrial Training Institute, Kurla, Mumbai (15th July 2005 To 15th Nov 2008) My PF account no MH/27946/64. I have withdrawl the PF form in Nov 2008.But this moment no information gives it to me company about PF status. Pl help me.

IN THIS ORGANIZATION ABOUT 30 EMPLOYEES BUT EMPLOYER OPEN ONE OR MORE FIRMS AND DIVIDE THESE EMPLOYEES IN THESE FIRMS AND NOT PROVIDE US AND PF, ESI FACILITY ETC.
