SINCE THE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PF AMOUNT EVEN AFTER SUBMITTED THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS & SENDING THE EMPLOYERS SEVERAL REMINDERS & EMAILS.MY EMPLOYEE CODE IS 18R11174.

SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PF AMOUNT EVEN AFTER SUBMITTIN THE NECESSARY PF DOCUMENTS & SENDING THE EMPLOYERS SEVERAL REMINDERS & EMAILS.MY EMPLOYEE CODE IS 18R11174.ITS BEING 3 MONTHS SINE THEN & THE LAST EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM HQ IS THAT THEY WILL TAKE THE MATTER WITH REGIONAL OFFICE AND HQ-HR AND WILL TAKE AT LEAST 4 MONTHS TO SETTLE THE SETTLE THE CLAIM. I AM IN URGENT NEED OF FUNDS.

I was working in M/s U.P.State Yarn Co.Ltd.at its Ballia Unit since July 88 to June 92 then I was transfered to Banda unit of the same company.In Sept.2008 I applied for withdrawel of my PF amount through my employer but Gorakhpur Office informed me to transfer the amount to my Kanpur PF account.I submitted the neceesary documents for transfer again thr.my employer in the month December 2008.In Jan.2009 my employer informed me that he has send the documents to Gorakhpur but till date I have not recieved any information till date.You are requested to please look into the matter with necessary action at the earliest.

Moreover The IBM HR ives the Phone no.[protected] & 38 but why don't they try these no's themselves. these no's are rather out of order and we are left with no option to enquire as I am from Punjab.Why they deduct the PF if they are not willing to pay us back. I have had the worst response from Gurgaon pf office one can imagine. I was told " apka kam abhi nahi ho sakta 2-3 mahine or lagenge" when asked her about a number where in i can complain i was told "hume or bhi kam hote hai. Apko mene bta diya ke isme 2-3 mahine or lagenge. Hamare pas april may ke forms pade huye hai.. apko jo karna hai kar lo"
I was wondering if that is my money i have requested a claim for. I would also like to question the importance and effectiveness of this forum. Are they complaints really being heard or channelized to the appropriate departments?
I called on[protected] and reached a lady who refused to tell me her name when I told her I would like to complain.. Is there really anything that can be done or do I just for their mercy. Please suggest.

I want to know the address of the PF submission office where IBM gurgaon submits its employess PF

On 22nd January 2011 I, Hemant Kumar Upadhyay had deposited Form 10C and Form No.19 for withdrawal of EPF amount against account no. HR/GGN/27852/409 and the wibsite of the EPFO Gurgaon also acknowledge receipt of the same but it always reflect that claim is under process. Since then neither I received the EPF amount nor any communication to this effect. The inordinate delay in remittance of my legitimate dues have caused lot of inconvenience to me. I therefore request the officer incharge of Grievance Cell of EPFO (Gurgaon) to accord your attention to this complaint and avoid further delay in release of money on account of EPF.

The favour of an early action in the matter shall be greatly appreciated.

I regret to note that official concerned in EPF office takes minimum 3 to 6 months to open a file which is quite disheartening! In spite of my umpteen visits, emails and reminders, I am not able to get even a response from the concerned EPF office in Gurgaont on the subject. It has become a himalayan task to follow up and get my pension !

But the problem is that the cheques are not received by the Bank and if they have received even then the cheque date is 25/06/2008 and it is valid for just 6 months, so there is no use of receiving them, why they have not sent the cheque on that day when it was made, now it has got expired. This is for your kind information and necessary action, we the Ex-employees of the above firm would like to furnish the flowing details in respect of settling PF amount due to us.

The contract with the above employer has been terminated in the month of June 2008, and as per the procedure after completing 45days we submitted the application for settlement of PF dues.

After completing a month we approached the concerned dealing assistant at your office to know the progress of the action taken to settle the PF amount, to our surprise it was informed that the form No.3A is not submitted along with the application. On verification it was found that the said form was with the dealing assistant who was in the ground floor, on request it has sent to the concerned dealing assistant who was having the application, after 10days we approached the dealing assistant to know the position, then the dealing assistant has informed us that a form No.3A has been misplaced and asked us to submit one more 3A form based on that, one more copy of form No.3A, 6A, along with CD has been submitted. Actually the employer should submit the above form details to your department, but since we are the beneficiaries we took keen interest and met the employer and got the copy form him. (Its heard from the employer that he has submitted all relevant papers at the time of submitting the claim).

It is almost four months have been completed still the file lying with the dealing assistant untouched with out any valid reason. We here by request you to look into the matter and settle our dues at the earliest.

Sir we are almost 100 members who have applied for refund of our PF amount due to us, many of them borrowed money from the moneylenders by paying hefty amount of interest, to pull on these hard days. Once again we request you to look into the matter, and settle our dues at the earliest.

Myself B R Semwal. I have applied for transfer of PF amount from PF Office Faridabad to PF Office Delhi in 1993. P F Office Faridabad had transferred the amount in 1994 but the same could not be credited to my present PF Account No. DL/6456/2547. I am regularly corresponding with PF Authorities and in Feb., 2007 I received a communication from PF Office, Nehru Place that the amount has been credited in my present PF Account and will be reflected in Annual Account Statement for the year 2006-07 but when the statement was received there was no such amount.

I again approached the PF Authorities and a letter was stating that due to oversight the amount could not be credited and now will reflect in Annual Account Statement for the year 2007-08. But when P F Statement is received again there is no any transferred amount.

I humbly request that the transferrered amount may please be credited to my present PF Account.
