EPFO, Delhi Region, Nehru Palace — Non-receipt of PF withdrawal amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am yet to receive the PF withdrawal sum even after more than 7 months since I submitted FORM 19 (Receipt 28789078 dated 21st November, 2008) and more than 6 months ( Receipt 28803396 dated 26th December, 2008)since FORM 10C.

I had registered my grievance before three months at the EPFO web site but even then there has been neither any action nor any feedback.The Registration No. of the last grievance is CEPFO/E/2009/03538 for your reference.

The EPFO website shows the following as the status -

my pf accout no is MH 21652/222. I submitted PF form at 9/04/2009. Till date I have any response from epf office pune.Please take action as early as possible.

I submitted my claim last on 4th of April.

Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to local Public information officer, EPFO, place of PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

I am an ex-employee of Neumann Systems Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. who worked there for 4 Years.
The company was regularly deducting Provident Fund (PF) from my Salary, but then it came to my notice

that it was not getting deposited to the authorised PF Department from Jun 2004 onwards. This was the case

important problems of our PF-EPF, GRATUITY, BONUS(April 2008 to Jan 2009)
and Jan 2009 Salary (25th Dec 2008 to 12th Jan 2009)

Please do the needful in this regards I worked in your organization for
more than 14 years without any remarks.I have given very good service to
you. I am requsting to you please solve the my problmes as soon as possible
without fail.

I have sumbited my PF, EPF Gratuity and Pension withdraw form to Ms Anna of
hyderabad local iSmart office on dt.29th Jan 2009. Anna (HR) tole me that
kit send to Disha mumbay HR on same datee. Requsting you to please confirm
my documents are received or not and please give me advise for how to
approch withdraw for my total settlement.

Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…

Again I called up on 20.Nov.09, then a gentleman said me that I should wait for another 10 days for the same.

Every time the reply I'm getting is please wait for 10 days...and If I ask please provide me with some dispatch details such as courier no., or registry no. etc. they simply say "apko bola na 10 days wait karo".

I'm really getting fed-up of the same and is raising this complaint so that I can get my hard-earned money of PF in my account.

Hope to hear a resolution of my problem.

PF — non-refund of PF

I have applied for closer of pf account through my employer RR Investors Capital Services Pvt. Ltd.on September 06, 2008, till date I have not received my money, my EPF account no .

PF — Non refund of PF

MY pf account number is DL/24058/172
I have submitted the form on 06 September 2008 but till now I have not recieve any money Please look into this matter.
please take action as soon as possible

I am Ankur Kalia S/O Shri A.K. Kalia had applied for PF withdrawal on 28th Feb 2008 through my company for which I had worked(Dell International Services Mohali-Punjab) and as per the guidelines, they informed me that the PF withdrawal would take 4-5 months.I have even received a scanned copy of the submission of the claim, however, still its been November, and has not been credited to my account.I would request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am Nishant Choudhary writing to seek your help regarding Pf withdrawl. My previous company Navisite India Pvt ltd has filed pf withdrawl with appropriate documents and got stamped confirmation on 24-sept-08 from Nehru place, New delhi office.

I have opted for direct credit to my saving account but I haven't got any information/credit in my account and it is more than 120 days, I had withdrawn 2 times earlier from different companies and it got credited with in 60 days, couldn't understand why so much of delay this time. My PF account no. is DL/31956/153.

Wish to submit my complaint regarding inordinate delay in refund of my Employees providend fund. My Account No is UP/27088/270 and I was working with Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd From 14/ 2/2000 to 22/11/2007. i have Resigned from Premier Tissues India Ltd On Nov 19th 2008 and submitted my PF Withdrawal on 14th Feb 2009 though them i was based in Mumbai And Company HO is Bangalore My Pf no KN/36042/42 i have not yet received My amount and on July 2nd 2009 i personal visited Bangalore PF office they ( PF Office)have in formed it a a bogus No but i have 2 slips with me from pf office and for 4 years Company have deducted the amount .

How would i know the status and how can withdraw the amount
